The deck is almost greater than the great outdoors

  • 5 of 5

My friends and I had seen the property on Homeaway and booked it because it was the only one which matched everyone's needs: picture-perfect, affordable and good reviews about the cleanliness conditions. Upon getting to the house though, not even the pictures prepared us for how the view took our breath away and after being there for two days, all ten of us agreed that it exceeded our expectations. Staying in a house that feels like your home but is completely tricked out (jacuzzi, gazebo, air hockey?!) was a treat. The great room is an ideal hangout for gathering and bonding. In this age of brusque, business-like transactions, it was a huge relief that the owners couldn't have been more honest and kind. My personal recommendation is take advantage of the payment perk of hanging out on the private beachfront - it's charming, sleepy and family-oriented. Will definitely be a return guest because the eagle and falcons we watched up close made me want to bring my nature-loving family along for show/tell.

Loved it!

  • 5 of 5

This house is absolutely gorgeous! The large living area and beautiful deck were my favorite features, it's even better than the pictures! We were a group of nine and had more than enough space throughout the house. Ray was a pleasure to talk to and quickly answered any questions I had. The house was clean and well taken care of. I look forward to staying here again next year.

Relaxing vacation

  • 5 of 5

We had a very nice and relaxing week. The community amenities were great. We were able to swim, paddle boat , and use kayaks with ease. A short drive to NY and we enjoyed a day of river rafting as well. The house was beautiful. I agree with other comments here as well, Ray was very easy to deal with. We very much enjoyed our week! Thanks Ray!

Enjoyed Every Minute

  • 5 of 5

We all enjoyed everything about the house, the amazing view, and the community. The house is clean and the beds are comfortable. My 2 boys (5 & 11) especially loved the game room. The owner is great...good communication. It was a very easy process. We'll definitely be renting again. Thank you Ray!

Highly recommend!!!!

  • 5 of 5

Everything about this rental is fantastic. The rental process was seamless and Ray made you feel like you were dealing with a friend not a stranger. The pictures don't do this house justice, it is beautiful inside and out. You can tell from the minute you walk in that the owners have poured their heart into this house to make it feel like you at home!!! We had 11 people and there was more than enough space for everyone. My kids, family and friends will be talking about this vacation for a long time. I would highly recommend this rental!!!!
