Elvis Presley designed and financed this home for his doctor. It features a full racquet ball court, 40,000-gallon heated swimming pool. Located in an upscale East Memphis neighborhood. It has been restored and furnished to its 1970's charm. It has an upstairs suite built for Elvis, he never stayed there, but he would play racquetball late in evening with Dr. Nick and his son Dean. It is the perfect place for a family reunion or groups traveling to Memphis or that Elvis fan visiting Memphis.

welcomed in historic Southern style and comfort
From the first minute we arrived to this beautiful, historic home we felt welcomed and pampered! The hospitality from Jim, the owner, was exceptionally nice, the home was so clean, stocked with wonderful amenities, and so easy for a big family to feel comfortable and at home!
The vintage charm from the Elvis character was just so fun and so beautifully orchestrated. Our family came down from Northern Indiana with a big family group and the home was perfect. The kids loved the racquetball court, it was perfect for dodge ball and the kids spent hours of fun there. The bedrooms were very roomy and comfortable and the private bathrooms were so nice to have. The kitchen was large and incredibly well stocked.
Memphis was a wonderful city to visit, we loved visiting Graceland, the Memphis Zoo, Beale Street, Bass Pro, and many fine restaurants.
We all have such memories form staying in Memphis at this historic home and we can't wait to come back for another visit!
Eclectic, Funky and So Fun!
Jim was a great host. We had such a great time. Racquetball courts should make a comeback into everyone’s homes, hours of entertainment!
What can you say about a home Elvis visited?
Large home - some quirks in the design but fun overall.
Authentic 70's décor... Really nice private area out back by the pool for relaxing and hanging out. Property was furnished with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Jim was great to work with and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we had a great time... We did!
Loved it. Jim always wonderful and the place was amazing!
