We are established private owners, having been online with this site since 1998. There are very few Homeaway owners who can now make this statement. We have a large number of five star reviews from guests who believe strongly in the quality of our rental. Many come back year-after-year and as far as Las Vegas! We take great pride in our home, ensuring that it is furnished to your comfort and needs. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath NON-SMOKING unit is continually updated for the convenience of our guests.
We are a family friendly home. In keeping with this theme, RENTERS MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 25 to rent our condo and the MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS IS A FIRM 6. In addition, this is strictly a NON-SMOKING unit, with no smoking in the unit, around the unit, or on its balcony.

What I uniquely offer is an owner's approach. I continually update the condo to accommodate guest needs. I don't believe in nickel and diming guests by charging for guest passes, wrist bands, or resort fees. The difference in owner run homes, and multi-home owners, is their approach to customers. With a single homeowner you are a customer, with a property manager or multi-homeowner condo, you are simply the next mortgage payment. It makes a difference.

This was our 7th summer in this condo---obviously we like it a lot and love to spend time here---we always stay a month. Melanie is a wonderful owner and very easy to work with. She always keeps the condo up to date and welI equipped. It is super clean and comfortable. The view is beautiful and we enjoy time spent on our balcony overlooking the sand and surf. Two large bedrooms, comfy living room, excellent kitchen with new appliances, two full bathrooms, new TVs, very nicely furnished and a great place to spend your vacation. The condo easily sleeps six very comfortably. Myrtle Beach Resort is well managed, very safe and very family friendly. Tons of activities and five pools---a lazy river, etc. The condo is steps to the beautiful beach---water is 85 degrees all summer and waves are gentle. Come to RT 313---you will love it!
Overall good experience, condo was nice and clean. No issues with the owners or renting the condo. Enjoyed the activities included i.e. pools, basketball courts, outside grills
First time using VRBO and first time staying here. Melanie was available for all of my rookie questions.
It was myself, my wife, and two young kids for 7 days. The In-Laws breezed through for two nights as well. I was very pleased with the condo itself. There is a lot of space, it sleeps 6 easily, and you have a great view of the ocean via a large balcony. The walk to the ocean is a 2 minute walk. With three pools around the resort for use, you can't go wrong for a summer vacation. Melanie's advice to stick with the beach pool was spot on - always the best pool to be at - except for evening swims when the tower pool was great. There is also a kid's pool that is truly great for the kiddos (though the pool deck is very slippery).
I loved the location of the resort. Ten minutes from Murrell's Inlet (Dead Dog Saloon was great) and ten minutes from Myrtle Beach proper (Broadway at the Beach was also great).
Two tips. First, Saturdays are tough with all the arrivals/departures. Prepare to wait for elevators and weather the packing/unpacking cars and luggage wave of other visitors. It is a lot, just needs planned for. Secondly, plenty of fireworks on the beach well into the evening. It didn't bother me, but it wasn't something I was prepared for ahead of time.
All in all, I'd definitely recommend the resort and you absolutely can't go wrong working with Melanie. Thanks for being a part of an excellent family vacation!!!!
My family and I immensely enjoyed our vacation at the beach. The condo was very clean and nicely organized. Six people could easily sleep comfortably. The beach, the pools and the lazy river were all a hit. The view of the ocean was beautiful. This condo is everything it is advertised to be.
We have stayed at MB Resort many times, but this was our favorite condo and location. The condo owner was extremely helpful to us and we knew we could contact her if needed. The condo was very clean and we loved the layout and the view. We would definitely recommend this condo. Beautiful sunrises from the balcony, while enjoying that first cup of coffee. Close to wonderful eateries and music in Murrell's Inlet, and eateries and shopping at Market Commons area. Very convenient to have the new Walmart Market across from the Resort, also. We enjoy biking in the area, with a bike trail near Murrell's Inlet and also thru the neighborhoods. The weather was not the best this vacation, but our condo was. It was a great vacation.
