Well, look no further. Our newly remodeled mountain view studio suite, or our home away from home as we call it, has it all! Beaver Run Resort is ideally located just steps from everything you can desire in Breckenridge. Step out the back the door to access the Beaver Run Superchair lift at the base of Peak 9 for a day of skiing and boarding. Then, come home to have a beer or cocktail with an app or grab a romantic dinner with your partner all within steps of our room. Still not satisfied? How about a 5-10 minute walk to town or call the resort's complimentary shuttle for a drop off or pick up anywhere in town if you're in a hurry to enjoy the mountain town. The town runs a free shuttle with Beaver Run being a stop as well and Uber is also an option.

With a first class design, luxury amenities, and an unbeatable convenient location; you’ll find that Beaver Run Resort has it all! You can enjoy indoor/outdoor pools with hot tubs all around the resort. A large pool and hot tub overlooking the slopes are also conveniently located in our building. In the resort you'll find a fitness room with treadmills, weights and other equipment. You can rent skis in the building too! Don't feel like hitting the slopes? How about an Arcade room with mini golf, games, pool tables, and air hockey too!?

Our unit is on the second floor partially overlooking the ski area and natural mountain side where you will begin each day with a breathtaking view of the sun rising over the ski area and some of the snow capped pines. As the condo faces the mountain this unit also offers a lot of privacy. There is no place like Beaver Run Resort; and if you're looking for a fabulous location at a great price, you have found the perfect condo!

This unit has wonderful bones and finishes; but please do excuse the the pictures as we aren't pros and we are just acquiring this unit and in the process of updating them similar to listing 726646 if you'd like a reference. The kitchen and baths are wonderfully updated. We expect to provide nothing but a 5 star experience for your stay in this condo with some of the best views in town!

You’ll also be welcomed to a fully stocked kitchen for those with a passion for cooking, or looking to save a few bucks. Cooking not your thing? There are plenty of restaurants in short walking distance or free shuttle ride to satisfy any craving. We chose this property because it truly is located next to everything you come to Colorado to do. You can walk out back and get on the lift, walk out the front and you're short jaunt from main street, or take the elevator down and enjoy the spa like setting in the hot tubs while looking at the mountains. If Breckenridge has it; it's literally steps away!

What makes this studio unique

We fell in love with our home away from home simply because the location of this unit can not be topped. It's literally 20 yards from the ski lift out the door and up the street from everything downtown Breckenridge has to offer. When we aren't feeling adventurous there's great dining options right on site from apps to fine dining and drinks galore. To us location, and convenience, is a must, and we feel we found heaven on earth here!

  • Fully updated bathroom provides every opportunity to freshen up with more than enough elbow room for a couple to occupy it at the same time.

  • As of 2/15/18 a King size bed was added for more sleeping space....and really our comfort and preference as well. The sectional pullout has a full sized sleeper mattress which as of 1/31/18 has been scheduled to be replaced once manufactured as it was a custom ordered for an early spring of 2018 delivery after finding/hearing from our guests that the sofa that came with the unit at the time of purchase was insufficient for guest sleeping arrangements. We want you and your kids to be comfortable! As of 1/31/18 we have ordered a new sectional sofa with two full size pullouts to separate the kiddos a little with memory foam mattresses. We believe it shall be delivered approximately end of April 2018. See photo for an example of whats to come as we believe it will improve the situation we inherited at the time of purchase this fall.

Beautiful Accomodations

The studio was beautiful, very clean and lots of updates. It almost didn't look like it belonged in the Beaver Creek building as the studio was so nice, and the Beaver Creek building is older. It truly is ski in/ski out as you can ski right to the door to the ski lockers. The hot tubs were nice and close to the room. The Beaver Run building itself is a bit large and confusing; it took a day to get our bearings. Parking was a little far away; I would suggest unloading at the building 4 entrance and then taking the car over to the underground parking. Overall, very happy with the unit.

Owner's Response: Bruce & Barbara, First we would like to thank you very much for choosing to come and stay with us for your ski trip in beautiful Breckenridge, CO. Beaver Run is truly an amazing resort with all the amenities we think too! We're very sorry that our cleaners were running a little behind the day of your scheduled checkin and we failed to notify you ahead of time; thus allowing you to enter the unit before it had been cleaned from the previous tenant. We NEVER EVER want our guests to have a bad experience and we apologize IMMENSElY for allowing that to happen initially as our cleaners do an amazing job 99.9% of the time. Ski season is a very demanding time and we have made process changes to ensure this does not happen again. Unfortunately for you it did and we can not change that; but please know we do thank you for forcing us to make changes for a better guest experience going forward. We do hope that the refunded cleaning fee and bottles of wine helped to ease the pain a little as we would have been upset too had we been placed in your situation. However, please know we are always striving for 5 star reviews and hope to maybe earn one from you some day as well if you come back! We live and breath hospitality and hope you'll accept our apology as we truly do want each and every one of our guests to have the best experience creating memories that we hope will last a life time. Excellent location and amenities at Beaver Run!

Beaver Run community is fantastic; one of the best places we've ever stayed for skiing. True ski in/ski out, ski lockers, heated in/out pool, lots of hot tubs, steam and sauna rooms, fitness center, even an arcade with mini golf for the kids. This unit has it's pros and cons. PROS: updated kit and bath, TV's in bedroom and living room, Master bed was pretty comfortable, Owners leave a humidifier and JBL speaker for guests to use, ceiling fans in sleeping areas. CONS: Bath sliding door wasn't working right and wouldn't lock. Sleeper sofa is NOT comfortable; recommend some foam topper or at least more blankets. Master area needs divider from rest of unit and Master pillows aren't that comfortable. The only dishes there aren't microwavable, and there are no coffee cups, just small, dainty tea cups. Kitchen could have been better outfitted.

Overall it was fine and it's clear the Owners do care about their guests stay.

Owner's Response: Dear Mark Thompson, Thank you for your honest review on our unit that you stayed in for your recent ski trip we very much appreciated the feedback and all the thought that you put into it as we are always trying to enhance our guests' experience so that you might consider us if you ever come back; as the resort truly has am amazing location with all the amenities. As mentioned prior to your arrival however the unit was just purchased a month and a half ago by us, which included all of the furnishings and things that you weren't so fond of; and with ski season in full swing it makes it tough to interrupt our guests to be moving furniture in and out as it is rented quite frequently fortunately for us. It is a studio so it's very hard to partition the unit off but we have ordered a custom divider as I mentioned to you; but it did not arrive before your stay unfortunately and we did not want to have our maintenance folks in there installing it during your visit. As far as the sofa sleeper goes we also realize that as well and have ordered a sectional sofa sleeper as of today (2/1/18) that we believe will be a bit more comfortable while providing some additional seating for guests as well to enjoy the space a little more. Also, thank you for the heads up on the coffee cups and dishes as well as we will be sure to change those out although we have microwaved them with no problems at all other than they tend to get a little warm. Coffee cups will be added as well as I too thought they seemed small but am not a coffee drinker so wouldn't really know unfortunately. The bedding too was a carryover from the previous owner and we are king size bed folks that plan to be putting one in this Spring or fall depending on timing of things. Long story short.....thank your very much for this feedback and we will be improving each and every thing you mentioned with the hopes that you might keep us in mind if you ever come back as we want to earn 5 star review from you and every guest who stays. Great Vacation!

The property has all the amenities, but the best part is that the owners are very easy to work with and very accommodating. The unit is good for 3 or 4 people max. Entrance to the building is about 20 feet from the slope, making breaks or lunch super easy!

Please be aware that the resort does charge for parking during the ski season; which they will collect upon your arrival. We can happily refer you to a shuttle company if you are looking to avoid these charges as a car really isn't necessary at the unit we don't feel.

By booking through the VRBO payment system you consent to our Rental Agreement, which can not be uploaded to their site; but will be provided after your payment completes processing.

Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.

We do try and accommodate accommodate early checkins and late checkouts when possible. There is a fee associated with doing so; please inquire at the time of booking for information and rates.

Our Cancellation policy is as follows. However, we do try and work with people in the event there would be enough time to get the unit rented based on the time of year:

Cancellation Policy. If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the following rules will apply:

• 25% deposit fee is forfeited if cancelled any time after booking confirmation.
• Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the Check-in Date, the 75% payment (if already made) will be refunded.
• Within 30 days of Check-in Date, all amounts paid are subject to forfeiture.

Please note that we must enforce this policy as such, due to the nature of resort market rentals. In a resort market such as Breckenridge, our experience is that it is unlikely we'd be able to book the same days you have cancelled within 30 days or less.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
