Well, look no further. Our newly remodeled mountain view studio suite, or our home away from home as we call it, has it all! Beaver Run Resort is ideally located just steps from everything you can desire in Breckenridge. Step out the back the door to access the Beaver Run Superchair lift at the base of Peak 9 for a day of skiing and boarding. Then, come home to have a beer or cocktail with an app or grab a romantic dinner with your partner all within steps of our room. Still not satisfied? How about a 5-10 minute walk to town or call the resort's complimentary shuttle for a drop off or pick up anywhere in town if you're in a hurry to enjoy the mountain town. The town runs a free shuttle with Beaver Run being a stop as well and Uber is also an option.
With a first class design, luxury amenities, and an unbeatable convenient location; you’ll find that Beaver Run Resort has it all! You can enjoy indoor/outdoor pools with hot tubs all around the resort. A large pool and hot tub overlooking the slopes are also conveniently located in our building. Our unit is on the second floor partially overlooking the ski area and natural mountain side where you will begin each day with a breathtaking view of the sun rising over the ski area and some of the snow capped pines. As the condo faces the mountain this unit also offers a lot of privacy. There is no place like Beaver Run Resort; and if you're looking for a fabulous location at a great price, you have found the perfect condo!
This unit has wonderful bones and finishes; but please do excuse the the pictures as we aren't pros and we are just acquiring this unit and in the process of updating them similar to listing 726646 if you'd like a reference. The kitchen and baths are wonderfully updated. We expect to provide nothing but a 5 star experience for your stay in this condo with some of the best views in town!

Why Mr. & Mrs. Van Der Sluis chose Breckenridge
We chose this property because it truly is located next to everything you come to Colorado to do. You can walk out back and get on the lift, walk out the front and you're short jaunt from main street, or take the elevator down and enjoy the spa like setting in the hot tubs while looking at the mountains. If Breckenridge has it; it's literally steps away!
What makes this Studio unique
We fell in love with our home away from home simply because the location of this unit can not be topped. It's literally 20 yards from the ski lift out the door and up the street from everything downtown Breckenridge has to offer. When we aren't feeling adventurous there's great dining options right on site from apps to fine dining and drinks galore. To us location, and convenience, is a must, and we feel we found heaven on earth here!

Great TRUE ski in ski out!
The owners were very kind and helpful. The place was nice and well kept. It is a true ski in ski out so very close to the lift. Loved it!

Wonderful place to stay in prime location
The room was very clean and updated. The view from the room was spectacular and since it faces the mountain rather than the streets, it was very quiet and peaceful. The location really is prime for skiing because you walk a short distance to the ski locker room that is located just off from the ski lift. Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful family friendly vacation
Excellent, well appropriated, comfortable accommodations. Close to downtown, ski in-out right next to peak nine and kids ski school. Great amenities and close restaurants. Hope to be back!

Good, clean, conveniently located condo
Well suited for the guest looking to be right at Peak 9 as well as easy access to downtown Breckenridge via walking and/or with Beaver Run's shuttle service. The condo is well equipped with nice kitchen and bathroom amenities. Would definitely stay again.

We sure hope that you'll keep us in mind if you ever come back as we too agree that Building 4 is probably one of the most ideally located properties in all of Breckenridge with it's ease of access to the slopes and downtown.
I own a couple of vacation rentals, and I’m always very critical of other ones that I stay at. However, this one met all of my expectations. Very clean, wonderfully comfortable bed and pillows. Small, but that was no surprise. Perfect spot for one or two skiers.
We can't thank you enough for your review of our studio on Peak 9 as we always strive to provide the guest with the best possible experience that we can. Cleanliness is obviously a huge part of that and our cleaners due a fabulous job we think as well so thanks for noticing.

The studio was beautiful, very clean and lots of updates. It almost didn't look like it belonged in the Beaver Creek building as the studio was so nice, and the Beaver Creek building is older. It truly is ski in/ski out as you can ski right to the door to the ski lockers. The hot tubs were nice and close to the room. The Beaver Run building itself is a bit large and confusing; it took a day to get our bearings. Parking was a little far away; I would suggest unloading at the building 4 entrance and then taking the car over to the underground parking. Overall, very happy with the unit.

Additional information about rental rates
Please be aware that the resort does charge for parking during the ski season; which they will collect upon your arrival. We can happily refer you to a shuttle company if you are looking to avoid these charges as a car really isn't necessary at the unit we don't feel. By booking through the VRBO payment system you consent to our Rental Agreement, which can not be uploaded to their site; but will be provided after your payment completes processing. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. We do try and accommodate accommodate early checkins and late checkouts when possible. There is a fee associated with doing so; please inquire at the time of booking for information and rates. Our Cancellation policy is as follows. However, we do try and work with people in the event there would be enough time to get the unit rented based on the time of year: Cancellation Policy. If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the following rules will apply: • 25% deposit fee is forfeited if cancelled any time after booking confirmation. • Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the Check-in Date, the 75% payment (if already made) will be refunded. • Within 30 days of Check-in Date, all amounts paid are subject to forfeiture. Please note that we must enforce this policy as such, due to the nature of resort market rentals. In a resort market such as Breckenridge, our experience is that it is unlikely we'd be able to book the same days you have cancelled within 30 days or less.
