Villa Merla located in a cul-de-sac, is walking distance to the beautiful sandy beach of Son Bou and has its own private pool. It is also close to the water park and bowling, so perfect for a family.


Ground Floor: Lounge with separate dining area, kitchen, air conditioned double bedroom, air conditioned twin bedroom, bathroom, and terrace with shaded dining area adjacent to private pool.

1st Floor: 1 air conditioned double bedroom, 1 air conditioned twin bedroom, family bathroom, large balcony (overlooking the pool) and sea views beyond.

Living Room:

Large lounge with plenty of seating. Doors open to an additional seating area and a shaded outside dining area.


The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, and fridge/freezer. There is an Inside dining area adjacent to the kitchen.


Villa Merla has 4 air conditioned bedrooms: 2 doubles and 2 twins.

The 2 air conditioned double bedrooms have doors opening on to a large balcony which looks over the private pool.

The other 2 air conditioned bedrooms have single beds and have views over the front garden.

Upstairs double bedroom opens on to a large balcony, overlooking the pool and sea views below.


Villa Merla has 2 bathrooms. Maid service, towels and linen are included.

Private Pool:

The private pool, exclusive for your use only, is set within an enclosed garden. Around the pool are sun beds and shades. There is a BBQ and outside dining terrace adjacent to the pool.

This villa was absoutely perfect for our group. We travelled with extended family but it would also be ideal for two families travelling together. The position as regards to the nearby town was excellent and it was very easy to walk everywhere without needing a car. The poolgarden was very private. The kitchen was very well equipped and all the furniture comfortable. Would certainly recommend this villa.

Villa Merla located in a cul-de-sac, is walking distance to the beautiful sandy beach of Son Bou and has its own private pool. It is also close to the water park and bowling, so perfect for a family.

Son Bou: is one or our favourite beaches on Menorca. A gloriously uncrowded and natural beach with Turquoise water and soft fine sand. Set back from the beach are a selection of beach bars, restaurants and shops.

Cala en Porter: a small village set between limestone cliffs to the side and a fine sandy beach in front. A number of restaurants and bars, including the famous 'Cave' bar (Cova d'en Xoroi) which is set in a huge sea cave!

Punta Prima: has an excellent beach of fine white sand and turquoise water. Facing south east it receives the sun first thing in the morning until late evening. Around the bar are several restaurants and low-key bars. There are also 2 supermarkets and other smaller shops.
