3 Luxurious Apartments - In Central Chamonix - 250m from the Brevent Bubble
Maison de L’Argoat is located in the centre of Chamonix, about 250 metres from the Brevent cabine and a few minutes walk from the Aigulle de Midi.
Argoat 3 apartment is on the second floor of the chalet and provides a very spacious 80m2 of living accommodation, with absolutely stunning views from the lounge to Mont Blanc and the Aguille du Midi.
Decorated to a very high standard the apartment has four bedrooms: one double and one twin, and 2 single rooms, all are fitted with cupboards so there's plenty of space for clothing. Both single rooms have beds that transform into bunk beds if wanted. There is a shower room and second separate bathroom as well.
The living/dining/kitchen area is spacious, open planned and boasts high, wood clad ceilings. There is a fully fitted Italian kitchen that has all the modern appliances you would expect including washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.
The dining area is for eight people and the lounge area comprises two stylish comfortable sofas, a couple of armchairs as well as a coffee table and buffet.
Additional equipment has also been provided for your convenience, FREE WIFI, flat screen TV, DVD, CD.

Why Information chose Chamonix
Skiing and snowboarding: Chamonix is the mecca of alpine adventure: skiing, snowboarding, climbing, mountaineering, ski touring and mountain biking. A bustling and lively town (nearly) all year round it offers something for everyone. The apartments are local to the Brevent area, linked by a cable car into the Flegere sector. Adding variety, use the excellent Chamonix bus services to ski the trees in Les Houches or experience the legendary Grands Montets above Argentiere.

Great value and lovely spot
Cozy and sweet place to call home for the week. The views were lovely and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We had a little problem when we first arrived and the owners were wonderful, quick to respond and more that make things right. They went above and beyond, thank you! A great value for Chamonix! If you arrive by bus or train, be prepared to walk up a good hill. Since we came for hiking, that was perfect.
Very nice property in a good location
Good location close to the centre of Chamonix. The property is near the top of a steep hill so not ideal if you have no car and find walking difficult. It was perfect for 5 adults, any more and it might have felt a little crowded. Close to lifts/shops/bars & restaurants. No complaints whatsoever!
Nice chalet high up in quiet setting
The apartments are located in central Chamonix, 250 metres walk below and west of the Brevent bubble lift giving direct access into the Brevents-Flegere lifts - the largest area in the valley. An equally short 3 minute walk brings you to the main street in Chamonix (Rue Dr Piccard) with all its bars, restaurants and shops. The location couldn't be better, combining a quiet, smart neighbourhood with easy access to all the fun and facilities that Chamonix can offer. Easily accessed by car (parking provided) the apartments are only a few minutes walk from the reliable Chamonix bus services. Security Deposit: 400 Euros will be taken prior to the commencement of the holiday to cover possible apartment damage or excess cleaning costs. Damage charges: In the event that the proprietor deems the renter responsible for any material damage or loss to the apartment, the building or common parts during the Groups stay, any cost to rectify damage caused will be charged to the credit card details supplied. An extra charge will also be made where we consider the property is left in an excessively dirty state. Cleaning charge: Cleaning is provided for each apartment inclusive in the cost of the holiday and includes, cleaning bathrooms, toilet, kitchen spaces, windows, and floors. It does not include removing opened food / beverages / rubbish from the apartment, or washing dirty crockery, cutlery, glassware, pans and cooking appliances or oven trays. Please remove all rubbish, opened and out of date foods and beverages before checking out of the apartment, and ensure that all crockery, cutlery, glassware, pans/ cooking appliances and oven trays are thoroughly cleaned, dried and put back in their place. An extra charge of 65 € will be taken from the Security Deposit if this is not done. Termination: The proprietor reserves the right to terminate without notice and liability the holiday of any Group Member whose behaviour is such that it is disruptive to the enjoyment of others or cause damage to the property or any third party. This is entirely at the discretion of the proprietor.
