A central location, close to the main town plaza and it's many facilities, but also very close to the mountains, countryside, beaches and Port. Location, Location, Location - a perfect touring base with excellent travel connections by tram, rail & bus to Soller, Fornalutx, Biniaraix, Deia & the heart of Palma.
Large Finca with casita outbuildings & private pool. 5/6 bedrooms with 5 en-suite bathrooms. Beds for 10 persons, with a further double sofa bed, bunk bed & cots available. Sleeps 10-14 people. We recommend 10 adults. Bedroom 4 is a very small bedroom with a bunk bed ideal for children sharing with parents in Bedroom 3. Bedroom 6 is a suite with a small double sofa bed. (See house plan). Please ask us about alternative rates for renting just the main Finca for 6 guests between November & March. Available every year.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION.
Ca n'Arquer is a beautifully restored Finca, blending old with new, rustic charm and contemporary 'Architect' designed space. Great care has been taken to provide luxury and comfort, with cool fresh linens, light open plan spaces where the inside accommodation blends out to the terrace, fruit garden and a dazzling private pool.
The Finca is a self contained oasis with stunning 360 degree sky high Tramuntana mountain views, set close to the centre of town, a 5 minute walk to the main Plaza and close to the beaches.
ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION.
Can Arquer has been refurbished to offer optimum flexibility for 1 or 2 families or a group of friends wanting to spend a relaxing time together. The 300m2 of accommodation is unique for a holiday rental property in Soller, configured in a 'U' shape with large glass sliding patio doors allowing the indoor rooms to flow into the outside.
BEDROOMS (MAIN HOUSE: CA N'ARQUER)
There are 3 double bedrooms, each with either en-suite bath or shower rooms. The 3rd bedroom is linked by an en-suite shower room to a small 4th bedroom, an ideal suite for a family with small children to share.
BEDROOMS (CASITAS: 'LA FLETXA and L'ARC)
There are 2 suites with double bedrooms (Super King beds double or twins) and en-suite bathrooms, TV/DVD, a fully serviced kitchenette / breakfast area and space to relax.
TOTAL: 5/6 double bedrooms and 5 en-suite bathrooms.
LIVING ROOM
A light spacious open plan room with high ceilings, stone log burner, 55' TV, A/C, quality furnishings and French doors opening onto a timber deck.
DINING ROOM
Indoor / outdoor light glazed space with rustic log burning oven and heavy French oak dining table for up to 10 persons.
Separate cloakroom bathroom: WC & wash hand basin.
KITCHEN
A brand new modern kitchen and breakfast counter for 4. Fully equipped including 2 Siemens ovens, dishwasher, 2 fridge freezers, microwave, dolce gusto capsule coffee machine, crockery, cutlery & utensils.
The Kitchen opens through a large archway into the dining room.
There is an adjoining laundry / utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer & washboard sink (2nd fridge freezer located here).
OFFICE
A separate office with small library, day-bed, safe, & WIFI, an ideal quiet spot.

ACCESSIBILITY
The house and casitas are predominantly set over the ground floor. It is not ideal for wheel chairs, but accessible for people with limited mobility, please ask owners.

Private and self contained, secure and gated. Parking for 3 cars including a car port, cycle store, timber Wendy house, lush gardens with many fruit trees, (cherry, avocado, Sharon fruit, orange, lemon, lime, grapes, pears, plum).
Large sunny pool, garden porch with sumptuous 'L' shaped sofa over-looking fruit garden, shady vine clad pergola with comfy al fresco furnishings, BBQ, sun beds, pergola sun shade, timber decking with 2 dining areas.

Thank you for considering our property, Finca Ca n'Arquer (which translates to house of an Archer in Catalan) & Casitas L'Arc i La Fletxa (bow & arrow). We are a husband & wife team, originally from Hertfordshire & North London who chose to swap our lives of Architecture & Marketing in the UK, five years ago to start living on the beautiful Island of Mallorca. We moved here with our now 7 year old daughter Leya & two older children Bridgette & Adam who choose to live here during our fabulous Mallorca Summers - Who could blame them!? When we arrived in Mallorca to live, we instantly fell in love with the charming town of Soller & all that it had to offer in terms of a bustling town, mountainous countryside & a stunning beach & marina all in one place & all on our doorstep! Then we stumbled across Ca n'Arquer, then Ca n'Tomeu, a property in a state of disrepair, needing love & attention in every way! Fortunately we could see the potential & set about a three year project to restore this Finca & it's casitas blending old with new, rustic charm and contemporary 'Architect' designed space. We took great care to achieve luxury and comfort, with cool fresh linens, light open plan spaces & to blend the inside accommodation with the outdoor terraces, fruit garden and dazzling private pool. Many of our guests use the Carrefour online shopping service, which is available in English & Spanish. We can also arrange for massage & other beauty therapies @ Ca n'Arquer, why not have a relaxing massage or a perfect pedicure by the pool? We can also organise discounted boat charter should you feel like relaxing on a boat for the day or watch the sun go down on board. Please ask us for further information. Remember that we are just a stones throw away from the new Jumeirah Hotel in Port Soller, where you can purchase a day pass for €50 to use the spa! The Spa is amazing & the views breathtaking

Location
A central location, close to the centre of town and it's many facilities, but also very close to the mountains, countryside, beaches and Port. Quiet and secluded from the hustle and bustle, but still within a 7 minute walk to the Town Square. Soller Town is steeped in history and also boasts a good sprinkling of restaurants & retail Therapy. The coast is never far away, just 10 minutes drive or a trip back in time on the original 100 year old Soller tram in 30 minutes takes you to the stunning Port of Soller's Marina & beautiful horseshoe harbour & beach. Explore Soller's surrounding rural villages of Fornalutx & Biniaraix or take a short drive to the pretty coastal town of Deia. Hop on the wooden Soller-Palma Railway Train dating back to 1912 and take in the beautiful landscape of Mallorca on the way. Arriving in Plaza de España, extend your shopping spree and take in even more fantastic sights in the historical, architecturally & culturally diverse City of Palma! There is also a super bus service available in Soller which takes you to central Palma for approximately €2 each way! A 10 minute drive takes you toThe Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel, which is open from January until November & offers Spa day passes for approx. €50 p/p, two fabulous restaurants & fabulous cocktails @ The Sunset Bar - breathtaking views come with all!
Rates & Availability
Additional information about rental rates
By booking you agree to sign our Rental Contract. All our weekly rates include IVA (TAX), air-conditioning & end of stay cleaning & garden/pool maintenance. All our rates include bed clothes & 'BATH' towels. Beach/pool towels are NOT supplied, but can be rented from €1.50 per day per towel, 7 days minimum rental & advance booking. A cleaning/maintenance charge of €325 will be added to any booking that is worked out pro-rata i.e. less than a total of 7 days stay unless an offer price. Extra person supplement:€110 fee per additional guest/per week payable for bookings in excess of 10 guests, this is for extra cleaning of towels/bedclothes etc. A charge of €65 is also applicable per additional set of bed clothes required when a single person is occupying a double room & therefore additional bed linen is required, but not towels. Changeover Day Saturday. Changeover day flexibility considered between 1st of October & 1st of June. Please note that a €325 cleaning & maintenance fee is due for pro-rata bookings less than 7 nights. Bookings of 7, 14 or 21 days required between June & September. Up to 2x cots & high chairs available free of charge, please request these when you make your booking. Thank you. Please note that for bookings for up to 10 guests, that only the 5 main bedrooms will be made up. If you require the 6th bedroom to be made up, there will be a charge of €65 per additional bed, this charge is also applicable for cots. WIFI & TV: WIFI is contracted to the property, & there is a satellite dish that provides a selection of UK TV channels. Although there should be no reason for interruption of these services, we cannot be held responsible if these services are out of order for reasons beyond our control i.e. extremely bad weather or a problem outside the property. If the reset function is used by clients (by inserting a pin into the reset hole), the clients will agree to pay a charge of €60 for an engineer to come & re-configure the router.
