The Sea House is a stunning, recently renovated 4 bedroom holiday home spread over 3 floors and situated in one of the most desirable streets in Whitstable. This luxurious home sleeps up to 10 people (8 + 2 sofa bed) and is equipped to the very highest standards throughout. Featuring under-floor heating, large open-planned kitchen and dining area, 100ft landscaped garden with 2 seating areas, 2 living rooms, a large family bathroom and a huge master attic bedroom with luxury en-suite. Private parking is also available.

The beautifully landscaped garden is nearly 100ft long and features two separate seating areas (dining and outdoor sofas). This magnificent home is situated directly next to the golf course and is less than a 5 minute walk to everything that makes Whitstable special, including the beach, the shops and boutiques in Harbour Street and the restaurants.

The master attic bedroom is as gorgeous as enormous, with far stretching views over the golf course and views of the sea. This luxury en-suite bedroom includes a huge Hans Grohe Rainshower, free standing bath and a separate w.c and basin. Sky TV is also provided so you can catch up with your favourite programmes whilst lounging in bed or relaxing in the bath - it's your choice!

In addition to the master attic bedroom, there are 2 further double bedrooms each with double beds and plenty of storage space. The double bedroom at the front of the house eludes quality and provides views of both the sea and golf course. The beautiful rear double bedroom has a luxurious, cosy feel and provides a private seating area with beautiful views overlooking the landscaped garden and permeates lots of natural light into the room. There is a white washed children's room with bunk beds and also a double sofa bed located on the ground floor in the rear living room. There is the benefit of private parking at the rear of the property as well as street parking at the front of the house. This holiday home is ideal for families and friends (Please note that we do not accept stag or hen group bookings) and will provide a Whitstable getaway to remember.

Back bedroom with double bed and seating area with views overlooking garden. Children’s bedroom with bunk beds. Bathroom with w.c, bath, overhead shower and two basins. Front bedroom with double bed and views overlooking Whitstable and Seasalter golf course.

Second Floor

Enormous, attic bedroom with double bed and luxury en-suite bathroom consisting of freestanding bath, separate shower, w.c and basin. Stunning views of Whitstable and Seasalter golf course, looking out towards the sea with partial sea views. Flat screen TV and DVD player.

The Sea House is perfect. Lovely and light with a wonderful well-equipped kitchen. Every bedroom was comfortable and clean. Great beds, sheeting and towels - gorgeous bathroom. Top floor incredible with lovely views. Cosy living room with plenty of room for us all. We wanted for nothing and we shall be back!

A very comfortable, well located holiday for large groups.

We were a large holiday group of six adults and four children aged 8 to 22 months. The house and garden accommodated us all with ease. We spent pleasant evenings dining 'al fresco' and cooked and catered with ease. The large top bedroom is lovely. A short walk to the town centre and harbour make it an ideal location. The only problem was finding sufficient parking for the three cars we had.

What a fantastic house

The photos for this property do not do it justice as it was even better than expected. We had a great time here and in the town and harbour as it was walking distance to Whistable. The house has everything supplied you could need for a family gathering a large kitchen leading out onto a fabulous garden with great seating areas. Everyone loved the bedrooms and I was lucky to get the top one with freestanding bath and the views over the golf course.

I will be going back although my husband will be coming now he realises how close to the golf course this property is.

Beautiful and well located

My husband surprised me with a romantic break to this property and I have to say that I was desperately sad to leave it. Set perfectly in the heart of Whitstable, which I might add is charming, it was impeccably furnished and decorated.

I always worry about staying in holiday lets, preferring hotels, just because of the cleanliness and standard of fittings etc, but this house was spotless. The bathroom and kitchen looked as if they had been newly fitted and the bed linen was clean and freshly laundered.

I would definitely recommend this house and Whitstable as a town to any friends and relatives. So many quirky restaurants and shops and a fabulous beach. My husband booked us a table at a local michelin starred restaurant slightly further up in Seasalter. The memories of food that evening still make me salivate. It was also lovely to take in the sunset on the beach from outside the Neptune, which was only about 10 minutes walk away.

I think maybe next year it might be my turn to book a nice weekend, but I think I'll come back here. Why try to book anywhere else when this place is so fantastic.
