From the kitchen You also reach the laundry room (new washing machine and dryer in 2012). Down the hall away from the kitchen is the master bedroom with a king size bed (180x200cm) bed and, if you like, an 80x200cm mattress (good for eg children who want to sleep close to parents). There is Also a Small Office We will use for storage to make better room for you. You then reach the great living room with up to 3,5m to the ceiling. This room Has a quality (in tune) piano, a fireplace / stove, a queen-size mattress (for hanging out and / or sleeping), sitting furniture, and a quality video projector with screen and sound system. The garden is well protected and well kept, with plenty of grass to sit and run one, flowers, berries, etc. Outdoor furniture seat 7 comfortably around table and 4-6 in the lounge chairs. These chairs can preferably be carried working up to the roof terrace for more air, sun and view. The property is 740 sq m in total (8000 sq feet).
There is a separate attached apartment (with long term tenants) facing the street. At this time, the Tenants Have the Right to use the laundry room.

Flott feriehus, særlig for barnefamilier. Her var det alt man trengte. Rent og pent. Fin uteplass med grill, og en flott takterrasse med sol hele dage. Rolig strøk. Koselig bakeri med kafé rett ned i gata. Kort veg til restauranter, fotballbane og friluftsområde med lekeplass.
Utleiere var veldig imøtekommende, og informerte godt om hva de hadde å tilby. Kan anbefales. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.
The house is located in hill, the oldest part of Umeå. It is on a quiet residental street. The city center is 15 minutes away with (frequent) public transportation. The Sculpture Park at Umedalen (http: // www. Umedalenskulptur. Com / us /) is within 10 minutes walking distance. Approx. 100 meters from the house, towards the river Ume, the area turns partly rural, with beutiful fields and a large park-like cemetary. Down by the river There are no signs of the nearby city. The water is very clean and there are plenty of good places to swim. The location is ideal for a quiet beautiful local setting with easy access to Umeå city center and all the nearby attractions. There is an organic bakery around the corner (50m).

Full payment due 30 days before arrival. If you cancel no later than 3 days before arrival, we return 50% of your payment.
