House with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a shower room with mountain view.

House built in 1800 and renovated in 2002, entirely of stone with wooden beams, has three floors, ground floor with a living room with three rooms on three floors, a small toilet, another room with fireplace, a dining room and kitchen.

The second floor has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one en suite and one with bath.

Finally culminates a tower house has one bedroom with bathroom with shower.

The house because of its thick walls is very cool in summer, heating in winter has diesel.

Has a large orange grove and some other fruit tree, is fenced so you can enjoy complete privacy.

It has a pool and from all parts of the house you can enjoy views of the Sierra de Tramontana, declared World Heritage by UNESCO in 2011

This home is located in the valley of Sóller, known how valley of orange trees, particularly in the road from Sóller to Fornalutx, two villages of tourist interest near, four kilometers is the Puerto de Sóller, old fishing port currently lives with Marina.

This privileged location allows you to enjoy both the mountain, how the sea, not forgetting the cultural and gastronomic tourism offering this beautiful environment, Sóller, Fornalutx, Puerto Biñaraix and offer many possibilities for this.

To move to the center of Soller you can walk, is 5 minutes, Fornalutx and Biñaraix, it takes about twenty minutes to go to Puerto can take the scenic tram which part of the center of town, beautiful natural harbor, has a promenade with a wide range of restaurants, bars and entertainment for the whole family or a couple, with a marina where you can take a boat tour or rent a private boat to enjoy the beautiful coast, with its beautiful cliffs, fantastic views and beautiful beaches, feel free to enjoy a sunset at sea.

You can make all kinds of water sports, skiing, surfing, sailing, snorkelling, scuba diving ...

The town of Soller built in stone, with a crowded plaza, with nice terraces where a modernist church and Soller Bank building rises the same style, there is also a wide gastronomic offer, without forgetting the botanical gardens and museums, a walk through the village and enjoy your shopping and jewels of modernist architecture is not lost.

Very important visit Fornalutx and Biñaraix, two small stone villages completing the population of the valley of orange.

Wunderschönes Anwesen - das Haus muss aber zum Teil unbedingt renoviert werden!

Wunderschönes Anwesen mit Pool, welcher automatisch gefiltert wird, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus und ein Garten mit exotischen Bäumen wie Orangen- und Avocados. Der Inhaber, also Ramon, war immer gut zu erreichen und hilfsbereit.

Der Blick auf die gegenüberliegenden Berge ist atemberaubend.

Das riesige Anwesen selbst ist auch sehr privat, also die Nachbarhäuser sind kaum sichtbar.

Im Haus selbst ist alles vorhanden. Es gibt in jedem Raum einen Deckenventilator, der per Fernbedienung in 3 Stufen einstellbar ist. Auf der kleinsten Stufe ist auch kaum ein Geräusch zu vernehmen, so dass dieser auch beim Schlafen betrieben werden kann.

Die Matratzen der Betten haben wir als angenehm empfunden.

Kommen wir zu den negativen bzw. zum Teil auch nervigen Punkten. Öfter mal sprang die Sicherung raus, wenn wir beim Kochen waren oder den Geschirrspüler betreiben wollten. Das Geschirr, also einige Becher und die Holzlöffel sollten unbedingt ausgetauscht werden.

Die Wände der Zimmer bzw. die Böden sehen schon ziemlich abgenutzt aus und sollten renoviert werden, da die letzte Renovierung vermutlich schon viele Jahre zurück liegt.

Mit den Ameisenstrassen im Haus mussten wir uns abfinden. Sehr nervig waren die Ameisen allerdings in der Küche, die zu Hunderten auftraten, sobald kleinste Essensreste übrig blieben. Es gibt einen Ruhebereich im Haus, der etwas tiefer liegt, mit Sofas und einem Schachspiel. Allerding riecht dieser ziemlich feucht und auf einem Sofa bzw. ein Sofalaken ist mit Schimmelsporen versehen, was eigentlich gar nicht geht. Ramon - Du solltest dir bitte auch mal persönlich ein Bild machen und dich nicht nur auf die Putzkräfte verlassen.

Der sichtbare Gartenbereich sieht gepflegt aus, allerdings ist der nicht sichtbare Bereich zum Teil mit Müll bzw. etwas Sperrmüll versehen. Auch dieser sollte unbedingt entfernt werden. Auch die Pflanzen, zur Zufahrt des Anwesens, sollten regelmäßig zurecht geschnitten werden, da diese beim Durchfahren permanent das Auto zerkratzen. Direkt hinter dem Haus, beim Nachbaranwesen, sind Hühner und leider auch ein Hahn, der dann gleich bei Sonnenaufgang mit dem Krähen anfängt.

Diese Negativpunkte können zum Teil ziemlich einfach beseitigt werden, was den Urlaub auf diesem Anwesen sofort aufwerten würde. Ich hoffe, dass Ramon sich über meine Punkte Gedanken macht. Normalerweise würde ich maximal 3,5 Punkte vergeben. Da das leider nicht geht, vergebe ich 4, da 3 Punkte nicht angemessen wären.

I was amazed at how good this villa was for my family party.

We arrived early to place our luggage and the cleaners were pleasant and helpful. My family fitted in perfectly and the grandchildren were never long out of the swimming pool - nor were my children either. The turn in from the road took a little practice but we soon go the hang of it.

The villa is very convenient for walking to the town of Soller and then to get the tram to Port Soller was just as easy.

It was such a good choice that the family are already talking about coming again.

Is very clean with sunbeds around it. It is within easy walking distance of Soller centre, and tram to

Puerto Soller. There are two

Bars within easy walking distance without going into the centre and a local produce supermarket opposite the Villa. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property, overall a great experience. Thank

Lovely week in Soller

Had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely old house. There were only 6 of us so we had a choice of bedrooms and plenty of space. The family were very welcoming when we arrived.

The house is very well equiped and there are lots of different areas for relaxing or eating, both indoors and out. There is a very nice pool with views of the mountains.

It's very well located, about a 10 minute walk from the centre of town and there is a very convenient Co-operative opposite the drive entrance, so we managed to do a lot of our food and drink shopping there.

We had some lovely walks around the area, up to Fornalutx and down to the Port.

We would thoroughly recommend this property.

Rock Climbing trip to Soller

We were a group of 14 on a spring break vacation for rock climbing around Soller. The house is very nice and the owners did everything possible to accommodate our large group. We couldn't enjoy the outdoor space because the weather was cold and rainy but we had plenty of room to cook at the house and eat dinner in the big dinning room. I'm looking forward to come back in a couple of years.

Lovely Finca with a nice poolarea

The house is a 10 min walking distance from the village Soller. It´s a nice house with plenty of space and a nice terrace to sit and relaxy, eat lunch, dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped and a nice too cook in.
