Amongst its many features are the spacious, open kitchen equipped with gas stove, all appliances, tiled floor, washer/dryer, bright, sun-filled living room ideal for lounging with a pull-out, full size sofa bed, master bedroom with a full size bed and master bathroom, porch access from the master bedroom, spacious second bedroom with a bunkbed/pull out trundle & so much more! This gorgeous beach condo is in a perfect location with the beach literally around the corner! Its conveniently located steps away from all the attractions and shops such as the beach, bay, North Side Park, jogging path, grocery store, restaurants, bakery, shopping and much more. August 2015: Very Worn But We Still Had Fun

I stayed with friends at this condo in August of 2015. I was very disappointed about many aspects of the condo. First, the sofa bed was completely broken. It took almost 20 minutes to get it out. When we did, bed had collapsed in some places and the springs were sticking out. Both the sofa and its bed were dirty and stained. The bedroom (closer to kitchen) door did not fully close, and our outside shower was not working when we arrive. Parts of the house seemed dirty. The beds were somewhat dirty. In the bedroom closest to the back porch, there were brown spots all over the mattress cover. The cookware and appliances were worn with scratches and spots all over, and the blender had mold in it.

Overall, the pictures on this site are no longer accurate for this condo. Although it may have looked like this some years ago, the condo is much more worn and aged than it seems online. I believe that it needs to be renovated.

I will say that the marketing specialist for the realtors, Ms. Akiosi, was very helpful with the issues of the sofa bed and the shower. I was able to contact her very easily and she was exceptionally helpful when we had to buy an air mattress in order to replace the sofa bed. In the end the realtors also returned 10% of the total because of these issues.

I had a lot of cleaning to do

I was very disappointed when I arrived. Air conditioner in master bedroom was broken .back door lock was broken so door could not be opened.there was trash on the back porch . There were flies in the kitchen. When I made the bed I noticed hair ties on the floor. Making me believe there was not a thorough cleaning. I even had to clean the kitchen trash can . It was close to the beach and bus stop so that was a plus. But I would not return here .i paid for a week and was there for 5 days.

I don't leave reviews often, but I totally loved this place! My stay at Our Winds was very tranquil the rooms are all a nice size and the condo was really clean! The owners were very professional and the area was very quiet. We spent a lot time at the beach and it was reassuring to know that when we came back to rest that our surroundings were quiet. I will totally return next year! This place was fantastic!

The reason I chose this house is because my son has severe asthma. I need a clean home. The home was described as extremely clean.... well I spent the first day cleaning the entire house. A black film of dust was on things that obviously has not been touched in awhile. Our feet were black from the throw rugs. I do feel that the pictures were misleading. A back porch was advertised~ it is down right dangerous!!! Spindles missing and rusty nails sticking up. This house has a lot of potential ~ its size is great , and the tile floor is beautiful. I would however never stay there again nor would I recommend this home to a friend.

Owner's Response: Hello, I apologize that our condo didn’t meet your standards. We are aware that towards the end of the season, minor issues tend to arise and we are currently in the process of making those repairs and some updates to our unit right now. We also work with one of the best cleaning companies in Ocean City to ensure that our units are thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom, including the carpet & tiled floor. Our cleanings are scheduled from 12-3pm to allot ample time to clean and because of this we do not recommend that our guests check in before 3pm. Guests who check in earlier may get to the unit before or during the cleaning and that tends to interrupt with the high level of service that we want to provide you with. There are many things to do that are within walking distance! Northside Park has 58 acres, ball fields, jogging and rollerblade paths, soccer fields, indoor gymnasium, picnic tables, fishing lagoon and two piers...and this is the spot for the fireworks on Fourth of July!

There are many places to eat from fast food to upscale dining to all-you-can-eat places, and you can walk to the nearby bars, movie theater, video rental store, shopping and so much more. Also keep in mind that the bus runs up and down Coastal Highway 24 hours a day for $2 a day...and it stops steps from this unit. Of course there is much more just a short drive away, including mini-golf, paintball, ice skating (year round!), golf, bowling, go-karts, boardwalk, bike and moped rentals, surfing lessons, outlet shopping in Delaware (30 minute drive, but there are no taxes and there are hundreds of stores!), water sport equipment rentals i.e. boats, jet skis, etc. - we could go on, but you get the point!

The rate is $150-199.00 per night + 10.5% taxes. To make a reservation we require a signed lease and 50% deposit (full payment if within 45 days of check-in). We are on a first come first serve basis so the time is given to the first party that submits their materials. There is also a ($50/night) security deposit that is 100% refundable after your stay assuming no damages.
