Great place for our 3 families to stay while visiting Yosemite and Bass Lake.
We were a group of 14 and 2 dogs and were quite comfortable!
House Great/Location Not Bass Lake Lakefront
Location is 12 miles from Bass Lake. Accommodations and property were great. 1920's farmhouse on 40 acres with pond. Sleeping comfort was fantastic, Kitchen was great ,Property was great and kids loved the pond. Nothing was lacking and all appliances worked well. VRBO website highlights the house being close to Bass Lake but house is about 12 miles from lake but very close to the town of North Fork. Air conditioning worked well. All in All a great experience.
Quiet and quaint
This was a house with a delightful pond that had bullfrogs singing every night! We were impressed with the way she kept flowers in pots all around the house and they all looked happy! Though there were some little maintenance issues we enjoyed the privacy of our time together! Thank you Lynn and Mark!
thank you for your review and so sorry for any inconvience you may have encounterd.
The perfect setting to celebrate my marriage.
Our families and I had an amazing stay at LynMar Pond Ranch. I was getting married at Yosemite community church and needed a place to accommodate my large family and wedding guests. Mark was hospitable and his dog Skylar was popular among everyone. He was very well tempered and would keep us company on walks. We visited in May when flowers are in bloom and wildlife are all about. You can spot eagles, rabbits, and at night we went frog hunting in the nearby pond. We will remember our stay forever.
10/10 Would Rent Again

The place is excellent, and Mark is very kind person.
We enjoyed our stay at this place. We had everything that we needed as if we were in our own home.
Samuel thank you very much for your kind review and would love for you to return and SKYLAR said the same
Very unique and cozy place to stay
A great place to stay, if you want to be close to the South entrance of Yosemite, I plan to return again, if I have a large group. Mark and his dog Skyler made us welcome and we felt at home immediately. The property is mix of old and new, built in 1920's and renovated , the bedrooms have a rustic feel and the bathrooms are modern, all with showers. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking & serving utensils.
All bedrooms have a double bed and there are futons in the front/side patio and the lounge. So it can easily accommodate 16 or more.
It did get a bit hot in couple of the bedrooms during the hot days, but the lounge has powerful AC to keep you cool. Mark is very easy going, and his dog Skyler is very friendly!
Jaspal thank you kindly for your great review of the lynmarpondguestranch and hope to see you folks again.
