An exclusive villa with direct, front-line access to the wonderful Playa de los Alemanes (a magnificent, long, sandy beach).

The plot is about 2000m2 with living space of about 460m2. There are five bedrooms, two of which have 6’ double beds (180cm), one with four beds, each at 3’6” (105cm), and the other two bedrooms with twin beds, each at 3’6” (105cm). There are four bathrooms and two separate WCs. The lovely, open plan living / dining room has an open fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and leads to a pantry and a utility room. The house is bathed in light through a gorgeous domed, glass ceiling. There are a variety of terraces to choose from and a lovely, tended garden with fruit trees, palms and tropical vegetation.

The interior, heated swimming pool can be accessed directly from the living room. (If you would like to take advantage of the pool heating system, the rent will be increased by 300 euros per week.)

There are two garages, two storerooms and room to park an extra four to six cars.

Cleaning, three times per week, is included in the rental price.

In addition, there is another swimming pool outside with a lovely, spacious, sunbathing deck. Here you can enjoy lengthy days, swimming and relaxing in your own private space right by the sea. All around is nature and peace.

The white sand and crystal blue waters that are such a big part of Atlanterra life, are within easy reach for you during your stay. This is why Atlanterra is one of the most sought after destinations in the whole of Andalusia. A secret jewel with views across the straights of Gibraltar to the African coast. This is the most beautiful place to enjoy your holiday; a veritable paradise.

The villa is terrific. Great location, Nicely renovated. Good size.

So liked the view, the kitchen , the terrace is fantastic.

Loads of space and different living areas.

Couple of teething problems:

Internet connection failed to work most of the time

Bathrooms I would imagine will be updated in the next renovation sweep.

Need for international TV channels.

Thats it. I would reccommend it to anyone

As the house has just been remodeled and redecorated there are still a few little tecnical glitches which we haven´t been able to control as quickly as we would have liked to.   • Methods of payment:

    In order to secure the reservation, the time of booking a deposit of 30% of the rent paid to the said account is required of us.

    Once you have made your payment, please contact the payment receipt via email or fax it to us. The object remains for 3 days you booked up, we should get the document within that period not so forfeited any claim to the rental period.
    The remaining. 70% of the rent must be paid 30 days before your arrival by bank transfer to the account mentioned. For last minute bookings, less than 60 days, the full amount is due immediately.
    Please note that we do not accept credit cards or bank checks for payment and acceptance of your deposit with our rental terms.
