The property is a beautifully refurbished house less than 200 metres from the beach with the added benefit of a garage/parking.

It is part of a terrace of houses at the foot of the East Cliff very close to the beautiful harbour of Ramsgate. Its close to the town and amenities and bars and restaurants. It is also in a great location for exploring the area.

The property can be reached by driving down Harbour Parade and then turning directly left after the Belgian Bar into Kent Terrace (directly opposite the Pavilion).

About Owner

The owners bought this property in 2006 and it was refurbished in 2012. They have owned holiday let properties in Cornwall and see Ramsgate as very much the next place in the UK to take a holiday as there is so much to offer.

Deposits are non-refundable and represent 30% of the booking. If your arrival date is more than 8 weeks away we will ask for a 30% deposit and then the balance payment 8 weeks before your arrival. Once the balance has been paid you are liable for the entire cost of your stay in the property. If you cancel within the 8 week period we will endeavour to re-let the property. However, if we cannot re-let the property you remain liable for the entire cost of your stay. If re-let, you will be refunded 70% of the total cost. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions on our website, for full details.

Security deposits are a £250 pre authorisation, this is a shadow on your card in case of any damage is incurred to the property. If damage is caused to the property, you will be informed of the damage and the cost and your card will be charge to cover the cost of the damage.

  • The bedrooms are arranged with two to the front of the building overlooking the Pavilion and the beach and one double bedroom to the rear of the building. All bedrooms are on the top floor which is the second floor. The one to the rear overlooks the courtyard. The two double rooms accommodate four people with a further single bedroom on the top floor for a fifth person. There is a sofa bed on the ground floor in a room to the rear of the building.
