About the property

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage, recently refurbished to high standard

The house is a lovely mews house on Spencer Walk, newly refurbished offering all the mod cons. It is perfect for families and boasts two spacious bedrooms a contemporary bathroom and light and airy lounge with cosy working fireplace. Within walking distance of the beach and Ramsgate's famous Royal marina which offers a lively cafe society and fabulous restaurants.

This charming cottage has two bedrooms, one being a double and one a twin. Two bathrooms, a full family bathroom and a shower room with WC.

As you you come in through the main front door you will be greeted with the newly renovated living area, with a small seating area for playing games and reading books. Once in the living area to your left hand side you will see the stairs that go down into the quirky kitchen. The kitchen has everything you would find in your own home from appliances to pantry items.

As you come back up into the living area and walk to the back of the cottage you will come across the utility area that stores the washing machine and iron, once your through the utility area to the right of you will see the door leading into the courtyard area or if you carry straight on you will come across the shower room and WC.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and one bathroom. You will come across the family bathroom first, the bathroom consists of bath, shower, sink and WC. The first bedroom is a twin room with wardrobe and chest of drawers, the second bedroom to the front of the house is a double room with wardrobe and chest of drawers as well.

Rosemead Cottage does come with some little quirks. The tortoise in the garden is over 100 years old, you are more than welcome to touch him but not pick him up.

You are also more than welcome to bring your well behaved dog.

There is parking if you are comfortable reversing the car down the driveway which feeds in to the mews lane of Spencer Walk.

It has a little courtyard, 2 bathrooms and is a beautiful little cottage property in a seaside location.

Spencer Square, the square it backs on to, has great tennis courts for you and your party to exercise on in the glorious sunshine.

Deposits are non-refundable and represent 30% of the booking. If your arrival date is more than 8 weeks away we will ask for a 30% deposit and then the balance payment 8 weeks before your arrival. Once the balance has been paid you are liable for the entire cost of your stay in the property. If you cancel within the 8 week period we will endeavour to re-let the property. However, if we cannot re-let the property you remain liable for the entire cost of your stay. If re-let, you will be refunded 70% of the total cost. Security deposits are a £250 pre authorisation, this is a shadow on your card in case of any damage is incurred to the property. If damage is caused to the property, you will be informed of the damage and the cost and your card will be charge to cover the cost of the damage.
