Loved how it’s close to the shops and restaurants I
I’m very impressed with the Aina Nalu. The receptionist are very friendly and very helpful, actually the people in Maui are very friendly
Property is Brilliant except for cleanliness.
It has been a fantastic stay also the location is highly recommended and the entire Atmosphere. The only thing I want you to make aware of was the cleanliness. It was not clean there had been dust all over the furniture and cupboards the Coffee rests inside the cüpboards and also the cups were not clean so first day we did have to clean the entire apartment and we cleaned it before we left. I was just wondering if you will pay me the amount which needs to be paid for cleaning certainly would have done better job for the amount.
Apologies to say that rest the stay the support and the environment I would recommend to every freind and our family members I have done this already

In discussing with our cleaning company and team, we had just had a photo shoot in this condo before your arrival, and so we made extra sure that unit was cleaned to our high standards - dust/dirt would show in our high resolution shots if it was there. Likewise, we have gone into the unit since your review, and seen no evidence of the dirtiness you mentioned. We contract with the best cleaning company on island, who has a sterling reputation, because we expect our units to be in immaculate shape for guests's arrival. Thank you for being our guest. We hope you do consider a return in the future.
This was a perfect spot for us. Within walking distance to the shops and restaurants on front street in Lahaina. The property is clean and well kept up. It was nice to have 2 pools to pick from. Our only small complaint was the bed pillows were so flat and uncomfortable. Maybe upgrade them and it would all be perfect!

We're coming back!
We've only just arrived home yesterday from our stay in this wonderful condo. After a slight delay checking in (the previous tenants were confused about when they had to vacate) we were concerned the condo wouldn't be as clean as we would like. Everything was fresh and very clean. The unit is well outfitted - there really is nothing we missed. We appreciated the boogie boards and beach towels. Don't bother paying for parking here. We had no problem parking on the street no matter what time of day we returned. The unit is located near the reception area, although far enough away not to be disturbed by any noise from incoming guests and we certainly didn't hear any highway noise from the other side of the complex. Being able to walk easily to the beach or any of the great restaurants and shops in Lahaina was an added bonus. I felt very safe leaving the girls to return to the condo on my own at any time of night. Both the pools were wonderful and the grounds very well-kept. Overhearing what others paid for their condos I quickly realized I had found the best deal - G103 is where we'll stay whenever we return to Maui - and I plan on returning as soon as possible.
Location is in the heart of Lahaina Towne the #1 tourist destination on Maui. Walk to art galleries, restaurants, movie theater, boutique shopping and much more.
