Mt. Washington Bungalow
Amazing location, beautiful yard, lovely interior, well-appointed kitchen. Lisa was prompt to reply and easy to work with. Comfortable seating was an issue for me post-surgeries - can't do stools (counter eating for meals) and sofa a bit too slouchy for reading/TV. But otherwise HIGHLY recommend Lisa and her beautiful bungalow.
Cozy and Convenient
This efficient and clean little spot was the best location for us (couple) to stay near our family in the immediate area. Also close to train to explore LA. Excellent amenities with a fully functional kitchen. Grounds are very nice but it was cold and sometimes rainy when there so couldn’t enjoy the outside. Heater kept us comfortable though.
Nice, Clean, Cozy
Very nice, clean, property. Close to the freeways . Really enjoyed the stay. I highly recommend.
Very nice home, and very quite area.
The house was very nice and clean, the beds were very comfortable. the pictures in listing didn't do it justice.
This was a great location for us. Very near my son on Mt Washington and also less than a 10 minute walk to the train. We really enjoyed our stay. The bungalow is charming and we enjoyed Lisa who is very accommodating.
Cozy bungalow in East LA
This was a very nice location to get around the LA area, although traffic is always bad, no matter where you're going in LA! Close to the Gold Line train that can get you to Union Station quickly to go other places if you prefer the train. The kitchen was great.. wish we were around more to use it. The living room was small but fine for the three of us. The outdoor landscaping was also very nice. Lisa, the owner, gave us a quick rundown of the place upon arrival and was available for questions during our six night stay. It was rather warm during our stay and there are window a/c's in each bedroom, but the living room area and kitchen didn't quite cool off. A fan would be useful for those hotter days to move the air around the place. Parking is on the street, but was always available within steps of the gate even when we got home very late (most nights). We even saw the neighborhood kitty a few times! We enjoyed this as our home base for this six night stay.
