Wonderful property in the centre of Valencia

We cannot say enough about the apartment 41 Cabellaros-5A in the heart of Valencia. The management and staff were wonderful in making sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. They answered all e-mails and phone calls very quickly.

The apartment is quite large with all the mod-cons. There is a large table

for dining with chairs for 8. There are two lounge chairs and a couch that folds out into a bed. There is television but since we were in Valencia during Las Fallas Festival, there were other things to entertain you.

The bedroom was also large with a comfortable bed and pillows and tons of closet space. Shutters block the light for the main windows to allow for a proper sleep in a dark room. If you attend Las Fallas, there is noise but that is part of the festival.

The bathroom is well appointed and has a washing machine.

The piece de resistance is the rooftop balcony. If stair climbing is an issue, I would suggest you look at 5B. It's sweeping staircase is easier to climb and it is just outside the apartment of 5B. 5A is inside but a bit steep. The terrace have comfortable lounge chairs and has lighting for the evening.

Wonderful 240 degree views of the City and a great spot for cocktails and amazing for the Fireworks.

The location is very close to the Basilica, the Cathedral, Central Market and the Riverbed. Shops and restaurants are right outside the front door.

Security is not an issue as there are people onsite. We never felt unsafe at anytime.

We would definitely return to this property if we ever return to Valencia.

Super Ferienwohnung!

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat wunderbar geklappt und die Ferienwohnung hat uns super gefallen. Wir haben gut geschlafen, in der Küche war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigt haben und die Lage ist wirklich zentral: wir konnten alles fussläufig erreichen und am späten Nachmittag nach dem Sightseeing auf der Dachterrasse die Aussicht und die Sonne genießen, herrlich!
