Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open out onto a charming private roof terrace that offers views out over the surrounding area. The master bedroom is decorated in keeping with the rest of the property and features plenty of storage space and a modern en-suite bathroom. The entrance hall leads to an open space living/dining area furnished with a 2-seater sofas, designer chair, a wooden coffee table, a shelving unit with a 32" LCD TV with DVD and a square dining table with 4 chairs. This room offers access to a terrace equipped with a second dining area and two additional chairs . The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob (stove), oven/microwave, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. The master bedroom consists of a double bed (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) and has an bathroom with walk-in shower. Please note that there is parquet flooring throughout the property, except for the bathroom, which is tiled.

Nicely furnished, safe neighborhood!
The property was well maintained and clean. Loved the location.The apartment itself was well furnished and bright. Javier had good knowledge of the whole apartment and gave us good explanations.The apartment was very close to many subway stations, easy walking distance to many good restaurants. I would recommend the apartment certainly. My only concern was the size of the bedroom and bathroom, very. Also, I think the accents pillows should be washed or replaced.

Excellent location, lovely apartment
Very comfortable, centrally located. Mercado la Paz is close by for meals in. Alex greeted us and provided lots of information about the apartment and area. The washer/dryer is difficult to figure out, but ultimately got the job done.

Well located, contemporary cool
This apartment was very well located within walking of all we wanted to see in Madrid, with great window shopping on the way. The apartment though small is very well equipped, but with some difficult to figure out euro appliances. As in each of the places we rented on our two week, four city stay in Spain and Portugal, however, beds are too soft and bedding is too heavy and shower doors inadequate to prevent bathroom floods, thus the musty smell emanating from this bathroom. There is a wonderful well furnished balcony, but unfortunately rainy days prevented our using it.
The staff at Spain Select, particularly Catherine, couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you, Catherine for you personal attention.
