The historic centre is a maze of narrow streets, shady plazas and beautiful architecture and is perfect for spending a day walking and exploring. The vibrant Calle de Marques de Larios is nearby and offers up some of the best shopping and food options in Malaga. A number of the city’s top sights and attractions are within walking distance of the apartment, including the Cathedral, the Picasso Museum, the Alcazaba and the Roman Theatre. Malaga has recently undergone a period of development and renovation, with the latest addition being the impressive Muelle Uno shopping centre located a short distance away in Malaga port. Elegant and spacious, this unique one bedroom loft conversion offers guests an unbeatable combination of comfort, style and space. The open-plan apartment has been cleverly designed to offer the best of the communal living concept while still retaining a sense of privacy and separation between living, sleeping and dining. The spacious living room is bright and welcoming and has been decorated in a contemporary, bohemian style, with muted tones, splashes of bright colour and designer light fittings. The master bedroom and modern en-suite bathroom leads off from the living room and is surrounded by glass walls, giving separation without losing the general feeling of light and space. A small staircase leads up to the impressive mezzanine level, which is home to the dining room and kitchen. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay and features a small breakfast bar for more informal dining. The entire apartment has been decorated and furnished with the utmost care and attention to detail, and offers guests a unique and beautiful base during their time in Malaga.

Loft apartment. 130m2. The entrance leads to the open plan American kitchen on the mezzanine level. It is kitchen is fully equipped featuring a hob, oven, microwave and all the necessary utensils. Next to the central island there is a wooden dining table seating up to 4 people. There is also a breakfast bar providing two additional spaces to eat. This space is separated from the rest of the loft by some steps. The open plan living and dining area is situated on the lower level. The living room provides a lot of comfortable seating. In total there are four armchairs and a sofa where you can enjoy watching the large LCD television. Next to the living space there is the master bedroom (with a bed measuring 1,8 m x 2 m) separated from the rest of the space by glass walls. The bathroom is en-suite and comes with a shower.

Stayed three weeks in early Jan 2017. Weather was great for those residing in NW USA. Location and convenience to shopping, cultural venues and the wonderful promenade of Malaga could not be better. The apartment is furnished in good taste and contains all the basics one needs for a short stay.

The description in the VRBO website is a bit misleading in that the apartment was not JUST redecorated. It is a bit worn around the edges but still in satisfactory condition. The apartment is described as having a large bathtub, which indeed it does have. However the presence of a large crack in the base of the tub makes it unusable.

There is a large TV set however the channel selection is limited to Spanish broadcasting. Unless you have working knowledge of Spanish it is worthless.

Amazing accommodation; fantastic location!

A beautiful, spacious, very clean, well presented apartment. Onsite staff were amazing (thanks Miki), nothing was too much trouble before or on our stay.

Fantastic location too in the centre of the old town, everything possible within easy walking distance including the delicious bakery next door!

Love this accommodation, love Malaga - will be back in this exact place next year!
