The home features 3 bedrooms, a den, living room, breakfast bar, eat-in-kitchen, dining room and 2 full baths. 2,500 square feet of country club living with a 2 car attached garage. This is an elegant home with Cathedral ceilings, plantation shutters, corrian kitchen, and Jacuzzi tub in the master bath. Large Lanai with preserve and golf course views. Large tile floors throughout the unit with carpet in the bedrooms. Bedrooms are set up as follows: 1 king and 2 queen beds. The home was built in 2004.

There are two heated pools on site for your use...This is a first class unit in a first class community.

We have been traveling to the Naples area since our teenage years and we knew immediately that this was a special place. Barefoot Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches we have visited with nature preserves built throughout the beach area. When you arrive and are greeted with the beautiful surroundings and the warmth of the sun, you feel invigorated and happy. It also never fails, that on the day you must depart, a sense of sadness begins to take over, but rest assured, that is easily overcome by planning your next trip to the Naples area!

What makes this condo unique

This property is serene and calming with wooded views. Reading on the lanai is a favorite pastime. As a second floor end unit, it has the benefits of vaulted ceilings throughout, and the home is extremely quiet without the typical noises associated with community living. It has a large open floor plan with warm traditional and antique furnishings. All of the windows have large wooden plantation shutters. As soon as you walk in the door, you know you are in a special place that will be conducive to a wonderful stay. While the location seems secluded, you are only minutes from some of the finest beaches, shops and restaurants on the West Coast.

The finest beaches on the West Coast of Florida await with pristine white sand beaches (Lely Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beach)-- all within 2 miles of our home.

Barefoot Beach is located within a nature preserve containing boardwalks and wildlife. Commonly spotted are the Bald Eagles, Manatees, and Turtles.

Shopping abounds, ranging from the fine shops on Fifth Avenue in Naples to the Outlets at Miromar and the Flea Market in Bonita. Try your luck at the Dog Track in Bonita or the Casino in Immokalee. There are many great restaurants within a five mile radius of our home. Sanibel Island is within a half-hour drive and there are many golf courses within a few mile radius.

Because this is a beachfront community, all of the beach activities are available nearby such as boating, fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, wind surfing, and sailing. There are also local shops that rent bikes, roller blades, and even baby gear such as cribs and strollers for when the grandchildren visit.
