It was completely renovated in 2006 and further improvements were carried out in summer 2013. It sleeps 4 comfortably – 2 singles in the bedroom (both mattresses replaced in 2015 with luxury types) and 2 singles in the living area. The balcony is south facing with a view of the mountains and is situated just off the Folyeres piste, allowing you to ski to the front door and down to the lifts, from where you can access all 600 km of the 3 valleys ski area. The balcony is very private and at times so peaceful you can hear the snow melt!

The apartment is fully equipped to include free hi speed Wifi, open plan living/dining area with flat screen TV with integrated DVD player and bathroom with washing machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. It has under-floor heating and its own ski locker and car parking space.

Included in the price: bed linen and changeover cleaning. Change over day is Saturday.

I am passionate about skiing. I love la Tania for its accessibility to the 3 Valleys ski area and for the cosy, community feel for the place. Its great for families - also a fantastic location in the summer. We love it!

Ski directly to our building via the Folyeres piste. In the summer most of the activities are free including the la Tania gondola.

A well equipped apartment in a great little resort

We stayed in August 2016. The apartment is well equipped and met all our requirements for a perfect holiday. My wife and I enjoyed breakfast on the balcony and had a relaxing time together. Parking was no problem and access to the apartment is excellent. We knew La Tania from winter ski trips so found the village perfect for our Summer expeditions up into the Mountains. The Free Internet was an added bonus and worked very well. Towels were provided and there were plenty of little extras in the kitchen. All round an apartment that we would recommend to anyone

Nice apartment in great location

Had a lovely week in the apartment just after New Year. Great location just at the bottom of the Folyeres piste above the village. Nice view of Dou des Lanches, plenty of hot water on tap and nice and warm...just what you need after skiing. La Tania is perfect for kids with apres ski sledging and lots of activities organised by the Tourist office. They also do a great Vin Chaud!! :)

If you don’t know much about la Tania then prepare to be educated. It is described by many as “the best kept secret of the 3 Valleys”. We are probably not completely impartial but in our 30 years of skiing it is indeed my favourite. It’s wonderfully located between two of the “Giants” of the 3 Valleys, Meribel and Courchevel, with easy, fast access to both (if you choose). La Tania itself has some wonderful pistes and when the visibility is poor in its neighbours, the tree lined la Tania pistes are to me the better choice. The village itself has a cosy, community feel, quite small yet large enough to have all you need within minutes. There is so much about it that to start listing it’s qualities could be an exhausting exercise, so I suggest “google” it. Then come and stay – you’ll love it!

We don't request payment as a deposit but simply a signed cheque. We just rip up the cheque after the stay and email you a picture of it.
Winter Change over day is Saturday.
Cleaning & local tourist taxes are included. Bed linen & towels are available for €10 per person.

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
