Primrose Hill is regarded as one of the most beautiful viewpoints in North London. It has almost 360° degree viewpoint over the city and a view that takes the 'Urban-ness' out of London. Although London has become more developed, Primrose Hill, set in the middle of its park grounds, preserves itself as a capsule of London 100 years ago.
It is a truly unique village, hidden in the centre of London - very close to the centre, yet surround by Royal Parks. A small village, with Camden, the trendiest part of London just a short walk away.

I live in Primrose Hill, and think its just the best place in the world!
Anna Bradford purchased this apartment in 2000
The flat is a lovely secure bolt hole to base yourself for exploring or living in London.
Private garden in the centre of town to relax in the summer. Warm heating system to keep you cosy in winter.
We had a really nice time thank you. The apartment was ideal and the
location couldn't really have been any better. The only real downside was
that because we were so busy meeting up with people and going to various
events we never really got to sample the quieter local area. We'll have to
save that for next time.
The flat is located in a wonderful location-right in Primrose Hill. It is a short walk to the Chalk Hill Station, shops and restaurants.
This is a basement flat which is nicely decorated. It is quite small and not really functional for two couples. It would be perfect for one couple and small children. The small bedroom only has room for a bed with only 11 inches on each side of the bed. There is no storage, night stand, or dressers in this room, nor any space to put your suitcase. The other room does have a dresser and two small closets, but the closets were full of extra linens and cushions for the patio furniture. Therefore, there was limited room to hang our clothing. Our party was two couples. Since there was no room in the small bedroom for one couple to keep their things, we had to share the dresser and closet area in larger bedrooms, which was inconvenient.
When we arrived at the flat we were told there was a problem with the plumbing and we could not turn the heat down. We had to leave the heat at 20 degrees Celsius which was really warm! We were also without hot water for the first two days. However, when we told the owner they sent over a plumber and this was fixed.
There were many nice touches. We were supplied prosecco and wine for our arrival and bread, coffee and milk for the coming morning. There was also a large bouquet of flowers.
There is a nice garden, but since it was February we did not have an opportunity to use it.
very nice apartment.Everything there to use inside.Very centralwith permit parking being useful if needed.Excellent location for. Shops restaurants and dog walks on Parliament Hill
Flexibility - I was allowed to check in early. Adaptability - for three days there were four of us in the flat (only two most of the time), ad the owners put in an extra put-u-up bed to enable that to be done. Amenities excellent - everything required for running the place, getting breakfast etc was there. The linen was plentiful and good quality. The location was perfect, with Chalk Farm tube very near. At the other end of Regents Park Road my daughter discovered Triyoga, which she says (and she knows these scenes) is the best pilates/yoga/etc venue she has ever used. The Queens Pub in Regents Park Road is outstanding, for food and drink. Good walking - up Primrose Hill and into Regents Park. A great location.
Tiny comments - wifi not as good as claimed, didn't work away from the main room. Never mind - it's good for one to leave the stuff alone.
This house is cute and is accurately reflected in the photographs. Kate is a gracious host, meeting us within minutes of our arrival, even though we were early. She had fresh flowers in the house for us, complimentary bread, prosecco and biscuits. She also offered great local restaurant suggestions and theatre tickets. The neighborhood is safe at night and good quality, great value restaurants are all within walking distance. Super pub across the street and one down the street which hosts soccer games on multiple screens. French food breakfast one block away.
The place is zone 2, just a few underground stops away from Central London.
Sometimes a return visit can be a bit of a disappointment, not at Primrose Hill!! Splendid location, well kept apartment with beautiful decor and that garden! To top it all off a wonderful hostess and staf. Thanks again for the tickets Kate, we had a blast. Definitely try to come back next year!
Great home in a very desirable area, walking distance to Chalk Farm station, as well as Regents Park. Very clean and well maintained. Radi was very responsive. I would without doubt stay again

Public Transport: It is a 5 minute walk to Chalk Farm tube and 10 minute to Camden - both of which are about 10-15 minutes to the centre. There is a bus route which goes to Selfridges on Oxford Street too. To walk from the flat through Regents Park is 10-25 minutes and then five minutes to Marylebone High Street or Oxford Street.
