The apartment is well appointed and offers plenty of space for up to 6 travelers. It consists of large living room with seating sofa for 6, two bedrooms each with en suite bathroom with the bathtub/shower and fully equipped kitchen with dining area.

Apartment is equipped with all modern appliances including home cinema, 40' flat screen TV with SAT, DVD player and high speed WIFI / cable Internet and air-conditioning unit in every room. Kitchen is fitted with all kitchen utensils, dinning ware and all modern appliances including toaster, tea kettle, coffee machine, fridge, oven/grill, microwave, dish-washer and more. Washing machine with dryer is available as well.

Set 50 meters from the Narodni boulevard, Karolina Residence combines perfect location near to all Prague's tourist attractions with the close proximity to shopping and entertainment parts of the city centre. Charles Bridge and Old Town square with the Astronomical clock are no more than 10 minutes to walk. Tesco supermarket and other shops, bars and restaurants are reachable within few minutes walk.

Please note that a damage deposit of EUR 100 for one-bedroom apartments and EUR 200 for two-bedroom apartments is required upon check-in. It will be refunded upon check-out if the apartment is left in good condition.

Children under 2 years stay free of charge. Children at the age of 2-12 years stay for a charge of 10 EUR per night. Please, do not include them in the number of guests in your reservation, just announce that they are travelling with you. You will pay for their stay during your check-in.

Great apartment in the heart of Prague

We just finished our stay at the Residence Karolina and we were very pleased with this apartment. The rooms were clean and the decor was very modern and just like the pictures. The bedrooms themselves are not huge, but with the high ceilings they feel much bigger which was nice. The only minor issue we had is that the foldaway bed for our 5th person was broken, so he had to sleep on a bit of a slant because of the broken frame. The office staff asked us if we would like to have it replaced, but we were only staying for a few nights, so didn't want to bother with it. Like I said, very minor issue.

The location is a couple blocks away from the river and the old town, so it is very centrally located and we could walk everywhere. In fact, Prague was the only city we visited (we also went to Vienna, Salzburg and Budapest) where we didn't use the local transportation at all. We really liked that they had a big Tesco about a block away, so the first thing we did is went there and stocked up the refrigerator.

The reception staff and manager were top notch and very responsive to any needs that we had. They communicated very well prior to, during and after our stay and that made the process very easy.

Overall, we were very happy with this apartment and wouldn't think about staying anywhere else the next time we visit Prague.

Perfect location, clean and comfortable!

The apartment was perfect for our family, we had plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. The location is ideal for exploring Prague, both by foot and on the Trams. The staff was very helpful and provided recommendations for restaurants, etc. There was a small grocery nearby and a Tesco within walking distance. We would stay here again.

Romantic trip

Romantic place for us, me and my girlfriend. We were in Prague for a short trip and stayed here. Great location, in the city centre, a lot of different restaurants around with magical atmosphere, especially in the evening. Recpetionists were all young and kind, helped us with taxi and gave us good advices about what to see in the city. The apartment itself was modern and clean. I am sure I would recommend this to a friend.

Better than a hotel

Me and my family stayed in this apartment for a couple days. This was the first time we tried this kind of accomodation - we usually stay in regular hotels. And it was a right decision! It felt like home, very personal, not like hotel rooms. And we had all the privacy we needed. All the services and equipment in the apartment were sufficient, modern and new. All in all - we liked this trip.

We totally loved our two bedroom apartment. Superb location and superb service. Be sure to use their taxi service from the airport. Excellent maid service and helpful staff 24/7. We plan to come back next year here. This place is A-plus.

Professional company

The room is clean and looks exactly like those shown in the pictures. The large sofas in the living room are comfortable. Kitchen has everything we need. We could not have asked for better professional service when dealing with the desk!  It is very quiet in the flat even though it is right in the city centre.
