Beautiful property & home about 40 minutes from Ithaca. It was perfect for our family to stay together while attending our daughter's Cornell graduation. The house was immaculate with a large back porch with a grill and lots of outdoor furniture. The backyard was beautiful with a pond, fire pit and horse shoes. We enjoyed these very much and were even visited by 2 beautiful deer! The owner was great at communication! House instructions were very clear and he was very responsive to text messages. He even left me a thank you card congratulating me on my daughter's graduation! We would definitely recommend this property!
We stayed here for a long weekend with a couple other families while traveling with our kids to race BMX, at the nearby track. The drive to the property was peaceful. Once pulling in the drive, it was just as pictured, peaceful, well maintained and very quiet. The covered garage area was perfect for all of our bikes. Once on the deck, we could see so much more of the property and immediately got anxious to see everything it had to offer. But, first, to unpack. Check-In was simple, just a code on the door and you’re in. First thing we saw was a card on the table from Leo with a welcoming message and directions to nearby trails we could ride our bikes on (very thoughtful). The house was perfect, plenty of room, super clean, and we found lots of extras we did not expect. The abundance of extra linens, games to play, a fully stocked kitchen with the essentials, plus some spices, condiments, bottled water, and more, just in case you left something at home. We spent hours sitting outside in different areas to see everything, had a fire, rode bikes, went fishing, had an after race BBQ, and slept comfortable in complete silence. This property served as a home base for our team, we made some great memories and plan to revisit soon.
So glad you enjoyed the stay. Look forward to having you back.
Just being here was healing.. Truly peaceful, private & relaxing... beautiful & massive property
The house was very clean and well taken care of, good quality amenities to feel at home. Neatly labeled for convenience, clear instructions & excellent communication with the owner (genuine and kind); we were very very happy with the stay. The house was relaxing, everyone had a good sleep, and with the massive private 24 acre property you won't need to leave the house for outdoor fun. The house, pond, streams..very well designed property I highly recommend to everyone. Absolutely great place for family with kids, we are going back in Spring!!!
Ethan, I am humbled and honored by your gracious review. Thank you!

House was very nice and Leo,the owner, was very easy to work with.
Thank you Darrell! Hope to have you back soon. Leo
It was everything and more. Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. More firewood than we could use and that is one of the things we enjoy the most. Sitting in the beautiful setting by the fire which we burned 12 hours a day. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond. We love it.
Thank you Michell! I am so glad you enjoyed your stay. Look forward to having you back. Leo
Nice quiet place to relax.
Nice quiet country getaway, house was clean and welcoming. We had a party of 9 adults who fit comfortably with a few people camping outside in tents in the spacious yard, they could have slept inside if they wanted. Owner was accommodating and available if we had any problems. Highly recommended.
Enjoy hiking around this 24 acre property. Fishing in the pond. Sitting next the creek listening to the water flow. Bon fires in the fire pit. Horse shoes next to the pond and creek. Camping at the designated camp site. Nap in the hammock next to he pond.
At night enjoy the amazing stars from the deck.
