My wife and I found this condo to be very nice. The owner has put some new furniture in the living room, and nice tv's throughout. We came up for a fall getaway and this one delivered. Fair price and a nice place to stay.
I was pretty disappointed in this condo. It's just not very nice. We slept on the sofa bed because it was more comfortable than the bedroom. Also, the TV in the bedroom didn't work. Dishes needed to be cleaned again when we got there. Pots and pans need to be replaced. Cabinet beneath the sink has water rings and rotten wood where it appears they've had a leak before. Window treatments don't match (in the same room) and some have to be tied to hold the blinds up. Dining room table for 6 crowds the entire condo (it only sleeps 4, why such a big table?). Location is excellent, but this particular condo is in serious need of some updating. Sorry for the negative review, but I wish I had known before I spent the money I did to stay there. I would stay in this building again but not this particular unit. It leaves a lot to be desired and I felt cheated.
Our family really enjoyed the convenience to the park and Beaver Creek from this well maintained 1 bedroom 2 bath condo. Great pricing for Beaver Creek.
