Spectacular...we never wanted to leave!!!!
My husband and I along with two friends spent a week in September at this incredible villa. Upon our arrival, the electronic gates magically opened and we entered a beautifully manicured estate with countless fruit trees, grapevines bursting with plump grapes, fragrant herb plants, and 100 olive trees!! The view was spectacular as we overlooked a lush valley and church bells rang in the distance. We were captivated and fell in love instantly!!
The house is lovely with a large living area that is nicely furnished. The kitchen is well appointed with great appliances and a first rate commercial stove. Stainless steel and Copper pots and pans are available to use as well as nice dish and glassware. If you love to cook, this kitchen is equipped for you!! The villa has three large bedrooms all with private bathrooms, plenty of storage, and nice bedding. Three couples could easily stay in this space without feeling crowded. Balconies surround the house with comfortable outdoor furnishings to relax upon while watching a Tuscan sunset or sipping wine and relaxing. A top notch washer and dryer is provided and Odette the maid is extremely helpful in providing help if needed. The pool is just prefect and the landscaping surrounding it is pretty wonderful All I can say is WOW!! The owners, Guido and Serena were extremely helpful and could not have been more welcoming. They provided us with restaurant tips, traveling advise, Tuscan history, and friendship. Upon our arrival, we found a large wicker basket in the entryway filled with a variety of fruits, vegetables, pasta, olive oil, bread and wine along with a letter of welcome. To say the least we were touched and very appreciative.
The location of this villa is approximately 10 to 15 minutes outside of the city of Siena depending upon the route you choose to take. The city of Siena and the many towns located in this part of Tuscany are filled with history, incredible architecture, delicious restaurants, and friendly and inviting locals. There is so much to see and do; you will be amazed everyday!!
We had the perfect adventure and cannot wait to return!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this lovely villa outside Siena! Guido and his family were very welcoming and gave us great tips on restaurants, bike routes and touring. We also appreciated Guido's offer to arrange for a cook and groceries, complete with wine, for our first evening. The grounds around the villa are spectacular - olive trees, cherry trees, tall cypress - set high up overlooking vineyards and rolling hills, and peacefully quiet. The villa has several outside patios for breakfast and sunset drinks. Inside, the villa is beautifully decorated and the three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom gave us plenty of room and privacy for three couples. In short, the villa feels quite spacious, a true pleasure. The pool is lovely and great for lap swimming. The location is ideal for day trips to vineyards and the many ancient Tuscan hill towns. We highly recommend this location!! Enjoy! Sally
thanks a lot for your appreciation. We are looking forward to meeting you all in Siena soon.

4 adults & 1 baby.
What a truly beautiful villa; we had the most wonderful time staying in this magical home and have already booked to return next year.
Guido is the perfect host; he made a stay even better than we expected with his kindness and discreet helpfulness. The gorgeous goodies left on the breakfast terrace where such a lovely touch.
Everything a visitor could possibly want is provided for you in this villa down to a super welcome basket of lovely Italian delicacies.
The terraces are fabulous and get the sun and shade a different times of the day making evening drinks an extra delight!
The pool is perfect and all of us, including the baby, got great pleasure swimming and cooling off each day.
I cannot recommend this property highly enough, but book soon as it is already busy with repeat visitors...us included!

Set just north-east of the medieval hilltop city of Siena, 3km/2miles, famous for the Piazza del Campo
and Palio which takes place twice a year. A most serene and peaceful haven from which to spend an unforgettable holiday views of the Tuscany countryside. Nearest shop, bar and restaurant are only 1km/600 yards away. Siena boasts a greater variety including a weekly market on Wednesdays. The villa is a truly wonderful location to visit San Gimignano, Montalcino and Florence, which are all within easy reach, about 1 hour, or even Pienza, Montalcino and the Val D’Orcia a UNESCO heritage site along with the Crete Senesi.
