Great Location Close to Downtown
The Montford area is a beautiful hilly and woody old neighborhood with many large Victorians. The treehouse was the perfect size for my wife and I and the furniture and interiors were really great. The place is only two years old and still looks new and fresh. West Elm bedding and Hillfiger towels. The unit was well stocked with kitchen stuff, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, half & half, shampoo and soap. There were two grocery stores right near by and a bunch of restaurants. Getting downtown was quick and easy. All in all this was a great place for our New Years trip. Would recommend highly.
Great getaway in Montford
Great little get away. Just the right size for my husband and me. Everything in this cute hideaway is new and clew. Danya was extremely helpful and responsive. Would definitely come back and stay here again.
This was truly the MOST WELL-APPOINTED home we have ever visited! It was built with comfort and convenience in mind! We loved everything about it! Danya was a most gracious host, responding quickly to our questions and checking on us to make sure we were comfortable. The home was sparkling clean, super organized and well-stocked. There was fresh coffee and cream, spices and other basics. The floorplan was perfect; leaf views and light throughout. The furnishings were very comfortable and we loved the Scandanavian-like décor. The cottage is located in a wonderful neighborhood, under an arbor of trees with walking-distance restaurants and just minutes from downtown! Yet it had that serene and peaceful mountain get-away feel, off the beaten path. We highly recommend this place and will go back whenever we can!
AMAZING rental in Asheville!
This property had everything we needed! Would 100% rent it again next time we are in Asheville!
Clean, comfortable, quality rental.
Of all the places I searched in the area this
looked like the best. It turned out to be exactly as advertised: a beautiful place tucked away in a nice neighborhood. Enjoyed walking around and taking short drives to some of the local restaurants. Owners quick to respond to questions.
All in all a very good experience!
Great Stay in Montford
We have just enjoyed six wonderful weeks at the Montford Tree House. We have now spent seven summers in Asheville and this was our favorite place! The home was sparkling clean and Danya made sure we had every item one would want for comfortable living—cooking utensils, china, flatware, bathroom supplies, linens etc. The kitchen has a gorgeous wooden bar where you can eat but we loved having our dinners on the shaded porch in the evenings and reading the Citizen’s Times outside in the mornings. The bed was very comfy and the living room furniture allowed us to relax contentedly as we watched TV (they have Netflix, no less). It is an ideal place to take interesting walks along many different routes and within walking distance to at least three restaurants, two of which we enjoyed.
