Chatham House Rental Photos and Description

4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, sleeps 10

Our house has undergone a complete renovation this past year. Renovation is completed and the furniture has arrived and the finishing touches have been added. The house now has a complete master suite on the first floor including a laundry room. The newly expanded kitchen and dining area allows for big family gatherings. We've added a second floor which has 2 bedrooms, a large sitting area with a 60" Samsung 4K TV and a full bath with a tub/shower. Our bonus 4th bedroom room over the garage can sleep 4 and is great place for all the kids to stay. The central air and the hot and cold outdoor shower are a great bonus to this beautiful and welcoming home for your vacation.

Come and relax among the pine trees on our quiet 1/2 acre corner property or take a 5 minute walk to Jacknife Beach from this charming, clean, and well-kept home. Conveniently located to many of the best Chatham beaches as well as the pounding surf of the Atlantic. Come relax on the deck after a day in the sun and surf!

Chatham has received the 'Distinctive Destinations Award Recipient' from the National Trust for Historic Preservation and has been called one of the 10 great beaches in the United States.

Outstanding property!!!

Rented this FANTASTIC house for 2 weeks. Well maintained house and in a very quaint neighborhood. To say it is a GREAT remodel might be an understatement! All appliances are brand new and kitchen is equipped with everything you need for preparing meals! Very spacious kitchen and eating area, and 4 large, spacious bedrooms. Over the two weeks we spent here, our family members came and went and we always had plenty of room. The spacious kitchen and dining area was our big gathering spot where we enjoyed cooking together, eating, and our evening fun. Large bathrooms. Nice outdoor deck for gathering. Extra bonus; a TV/Sitting room upstairs and an outdoor shower! Beautifully done!!!

The neighborhood was ideal for morning bike rides with our grandchildren before heading out to the beach. Plenty of parking. Beach chairs, towels, coolers, boogie boards, already here. Found a great beach in Orleans, Nauset Beach, less than 15 minutes away, plan to spend the entire day there. Chatham is a very quaint town with lovely stores, ice cream spots, and restaurants!

This house FAR exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

Great home, owners and area

  • 5 of 5

This home sits on a quiet street in a wonderful area. We rented the house for a 2 week family vacation. We enjoyed riding the bikes in the neighborhood as well as playing cards after roasting s'mores on the fire pit. The town of Chatham is a great experience and provides shopping and restaurants for all ages. The owners met us on the first day (Ron and Ann) and filled us in on the area and the home. We enjoyed our stay in Chatham and plan to return in the future.

You will feel at home here.

  • 5 of 5

My family has stayed at this home for a month during the last two summers. We originally chose the home for its proximity to our favorite spots in Chatham, the central air conditioning, wifi and the outdoor shower. We returned because the home exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood is very quiet. You can ride a bike or take a run along the roadways feeling safe because there is very little traffic. The home has a well-maintained, expansive yard and deck. There is plenty of parking. The home is very clean and airy. The sunroom is the perfect gathering place for family. We played games and watched DVDs in the evening (all provided). The kitchen is efficient and well appointed. You can dine in the spacious dining area or on the deck. The full bath is large and accommodates a family. The half-bath is off the master bedroom. We used the outdoor shower exclusively so the layout worked perfectly for us. Even the basement, where the washer and dryer live, is very neat and well maintained. The central air conditioning and all the appliances work very well. We never "ran out" of hot water. Very nice bicycles and beach toys are in the clean garage for the renter to use. Ron and Anne are very easy to work with, respectful, responsive and provide great "customer service." The listing description is spot-on. This summer, we could have tried "something new" but we were all so impressed with the property in 2013, we returned in 2014. The decision to stay there again was unanimous. I would recommend this home to families of all ages. It is safe for toddlers and offers lots of space for older kids to play in the yard or seek privacy in their own room. The property is close to the many amusements Chatham offers. It is near Training Field Rd and Queen Anne Rd which will get you just about anywhere you want to go. I recommend Chatham Market for their produce and deli, Stop and Shop for your general grocery items, Hot Chocolate Sparrow in Orleans for a great latte, the Squire for local fare, Chillingsworth's in Brewster for a fine dining experience, a stroll in downtown Chatham for shopping -- don't miss the Candy Manor, and Nauset Beach for the true beach experience. Take the short drive to Provincetown to learn of the rich history of Cape Cod. Do all this from the comfort of this home.

Quiet, peaceful, spacious and good location

  • 4 of 5

The house had a lovely feel to it and is well laid out. We had bikes for the week and being in North Chatham makes for a perfect ride north to other towns or south into Chatham and also easy access to the Cape Cod bike trail. The owner was very accommodating as we were coming from overseas. We enjoyed family card games on the deck and the neighbours were really friendly!

Wonderfull Home cater to all guest's needs!

  • 5 of 5

My family just got back from 2 wonderful weeks in Chatham at this house. The Villanova's can't take credit for the perfect weather-but they can the perfect house!

We arrived to find a spotless home, outfitted with everything we needed(and more). Beach chairs, boogie boards, every conceivable spice and condiment and an awesome array of cooking /plates etc. The outdoor shower was amazing, large and well built -we never ran out of hot water! I did not notice as I rented-but there is even CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING! My husband was thrilled about that.

I am always just a little bit hesitant to rent things online-but this house exceeded my expectations and was as billed. The 1/2 bath is private to the master bedroom . The house's driveway is at the end of dead end rd. so it is very safe for little kids.

The owners are extremely accommodating-We will most definitely be returning!
