Numerous activities are only a short distance away, such as bike rentals, rollerblading, walks, and picnics are available within a half a block of your front door. David Lam park, host of the Vancouver International Jazz festival is one block away, just across the neighbourhood gathering place, the Roundhouse (converted pavilion from Expo 86, the BC entry to the worlds fair in 1986). Tennis courts and fabulous green space are at your doorstep.
This unit features a separated office/den space, as well as a good size bedroom with queen size bed and full closet. We include free local phone calls and long distance calls are available using a calling card, which are available for purchase at all convenience stores in the area.

This unit was was our perfect find after months and months of fruitless searching in Yaletown at the height of the real estate craze of 2007. To this day, we think it is still one of the best apartments in the city!
Every amenity you can imagine is at your feet, including Urban Fare, the original gourmet grocery that started the trend. You may even run into some Vancouver Canucks at Urban Fare or at one of the many shops and restaurants that dot the neighbourhood!
We have enjoyed so much life in Vancouver using this property.
The accommodation facilities are almost good.
But the several places of curtain was broken,
so we hope checking the status of the room in adance.
As a first time user of VRBO I had my hesitations and Matt the owner was so kind and accomodating with meeting my husband in person to accept our cc payment and answer my many questions promptly online. The location is wonderful. We have previously stayed in Downtown, Kitsilano and off Dunbar but this apartments location off the False Creek Marina in Yaletown has by far been our very favorite stay of all. Apt is very comfortable, clean and has all the amenities you need. Being dog friendly truly made the stay perfect for us as we brought our puggle from CA and found the area to be super dog friendly there is an off leash dog park is only a few min walk along the Marina from the apartment. Being steps from the aqua bus to head over to Granville Island has been so fun. Having the Urban Fare grocery store at the bottom of the building has been convieniently fantastic. Wonderful owners, great location and comfortable apartment makes this place an excellent choice for any stay. We loved it.
I have held off reviewing because we love this place so much we keep going back and want it to be available - but I will let you in on how wonderful this condo is. The property is clean and nicely decorated. There is a pool and a well equipped gym that I use. Next door is a wonderful urban grocery/deli. Restaurants everywhere. A block to the most wonderful seawall and mini ferries to cross to Granville Island and English Bay. If we have had a question the owners have answered in a quick and friendly manner. We actually live close to the city but love to spend time in this urban venue with our two little dogs who have been made more than welcome.
This place is smack in the middle of everything a visitor needs....the condo was just as advertised with very 'hands on' personal management by the owner. He greeted us as we arrived even though our flight was six hours late leaving SFO and was very helpful throughout our stay.
With an amazing whole food store on the ground floor, world class restaurants two blocks away and coffee on every corner, what more do you need!
There is an indoor pool, jacuzzi and gym on site, included in the deal.
I would recommend this condo without reservation.
It was my first trip to Vancouver and I fell in love with the place and the people...
This apartment was perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 girls aged 5 & 8). Excellent location - we often jumped on the aquabus to get to Granville Island and Kits beach, the sky train station is a block away, not to mention walking distance to most of downtown. Having the grocery store downstairs and so many restaurants nearby was fantastic, we were able to run down quickly for each meal and it was such a treat to have wonderful food whenever we wanted (awesome cinnamon buns at Urban Fare!). The apartment itself was great, very clean, lots of towels and blankets, everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. My husband used the office to do his work and my girls loved swimming in the pool and wandering through the lagoon area. Matt and Erin were very helpful. We will definitely be back!
This was a very nice condo, tastefully furnished, with all of the amenities one could possibly want. The building lacks nothing, as it has a pool, sauna, gym, etc., all of which we used! Urban Fare, a high end grocery store replete with restaurant, is literally downstairs, which made it very convenient to shop or eat on the quick. The street traffic noises were a little irritating, but that goes with the territory, as it's part of living in the city. Yaletown is a great location, we discovered, and this particular condo is located half a block from False Creek Harbor, where you can walk for miles along the beautiful seawall. Matt was always at our disposal to answer questions or give information. Thumbs up!
We are located on the Seawall, just steps away from bike rentals and a local dog friendly park. Celebration of Light, the international fireworks competition held annually in late July and early August, is just a five minute walk from the apartment.
Granville Island, site of local organic shopping, performance art, and fantastic arts and crafts is accessible from the Aquabus, again less than 100 meters from our front door. The best location in Yaletown!
