A great family spot in the winter, spring, summer or fall. Sullivan Stone Lodge is an upscale complex catering to families and mature adults creating a relaxing retreat all year long. From May-October you will have access to several golf courses within a 20 minute drive and our home has central air conditioning if the higher elevation mountain breezes don't cool you down enough in the evening.
Sullivan Stone Lodge Unit #16 includes hardwood and tile flooring throughout. Upgrades to: Furniture, Flooring, Beds, Towels, Cotton Sheets, Appliances and TV's plus extra side windows make this a unique Sullivan Stone Lodge property. Open floor plan provides superior views to the mountains, valley, ski hill, and the quad chair lift - enjoy watching the skiers in the winter and the deer in the summer.
MAIN level features a wide open great room (kitchen, dining & living rooms), covered balcony, kid's bedroom and half-bathroom. It is very spacious with high ceilings, lots of windows, two leather sofas and two leather chairs plus a games table. There's a gas fireplace, 42in HDTV+PVR+DVD/CD surround sound system. Dining table seats eight (8) comfortably and the kitchen bar, or games table, can seat four more. The kids' bedroom sleeps four (4) in the bunk bed with full size lower, twin upper and twin trundle (roll-out), a 20in flat screen TV/DVD, full closet and storage chest. Out front towards the Rockies is the covered outdoor balcony with gas grill and outdoor dining table.

The back door off the main level provides direct ski access with many hooks and a boot dryer plus outdoor ski locker and bench.
The UPPER level has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with the private hot tub on the back deck. Master suite is very generous in size and amenities... full bath, awesome view of the Rockies, king-size bed, sofa (with queen sleeper), 42in TV, full size closet, desk and chair plus full dresser. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, 20in flat screen TV/DVD, full closet and storage chest plus full bath off the hallway. Washer and dryer are also on the upper level. Access to the hot tub is thru the upstairs hallway.
LOWER level provides street & garage access plus extra hooks for jackets.
Our unit is perfect for 4 adults plus 4 kids for the best privacy and can sleep up to 7 in beds and up to 10 including sofa beds. This is a non-smoking and no-pets home. Furniture was custom designed and produced locally with the wood pieces from Tree Fever in downtown Kimberley.

S K I : Kimberley Alpine Resort is perfect for families, with 70+ runs from beginner to expert. Majority of runs are Blues and Greens, but Single and Double Black Diamond runs are there for you brave ones. Night skiing on scheduled nights. If you have been on the ski hill, this is the end unit on skiers right just before you cross the skibridge. IT DOES NOT GET ANY EASIER than this to get on or off the hill. Want to stop in for lunch or a quick warm-up? No problem. Beware, you will feel spoiled.
G O L F : Sullivan Stone Lodge is within minutes of several great golf courses, offering a broad range of difficulty. In order of distance: Trickle Creek, Kimberley Golf Club, Bootleg Gap, St. Eugene Mission, Shadow Mountain, Wildstone, Fairmont Riverside and Mountainside, Copper Point, Eagle Ranch, Greywolf and Radium Resort.

#mykimberley We love our backyard (the ski hill) at Sullivan Stone Lodge and go to Kimberley for Golfing, Skiing, Hiking and visiting with friends and family. We love the winter-time activities the most, and the summer-time trips keep getting better every trip, too.

Great location, and the best unit in the complex.
The unit is very convenient for ski-in/ski-out access as it is the closest unit to the lift. It is well- outfitted and was perfect for a ski weekend in Kimberley.

A true Ski in - Ski out condo.
This was the best location on the hill. The condo was clean and all the amenities were functioning and modern. The Hot Tub was hot and clean and there were plenty of towels . Really overall an amazing time. Hugh was a great communicator who responded to our inquiries promptly. Overall the experience was an easy 10/10.

My wife and I had a great week in Kimberley and really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was spacious, extremely clean, had all the amenities -- great views. The process for gaining access was really easy and the owners were great to deal with. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Off Season Stay
Our 4 day stay was not during ski or golf season. Still there were many activities to pursue such as hiking or biking. The unit is first class regarding all amenities. The owners must have been thinking location, location, location when they bought this unit as it has LOCATION regardless of what activities you choose. The views in all directions are totally spectacular.
Mine Tour of the Sullivan Mine (and the old mine Powerhouse) during summer months. Kimberley's downtown Platzl and Aquatic Centre year-round. Hockey Games in Kimberley (Jr.B) and in Cranbrook (WHL). Fort Steele, Wasa Lake & the Casino at St Eugene Mission near Cranbrook. Rails to Trails cycling.

We transact in CAD$. Rates shown for up to 4 adults plus 4 kids. Inquire for other combinations. If unit is not left in good condition, security deposit or a portion of security deposit will be used to pay for additional cleaning and/or repairs. Notice will be given within 3 days of departure. Rates are subject to change. We also accept US$ if required and calculate rates on current exchange rate. Cleaning Fee of C$175 is waived for 3+ nights.
