Don't pass up the opportunity to vacation in this truly special property! Located in the heart of Canyon road above one of Santa Fe's most esteemed art galleries, you can sip your morning coffee on your large private terrace with mountain views; you can have cocktails there as you watch the sunset.
You simply step out your door and spend the day browsing the gorgeous art galleries and shops on Canyon Road, then walk right across the street to Santa Fe's most elegant restaurant, Geronimo, for lunch or dinner. All of Santa Fe's museums are only a short walk away, as is the historic Plaza.
This 150 year old property is owned by art dealers who have lovingly appointed it with artisan-made details such as handcrafted plaster fireplace and walls, hand forged hardware, Mexican talavera and saltillo tiles, and of course gorgeous artwork!
The Master Suite is large, with a king-sized bed, two closets, and views overlooking the Canyon Road garden, with fountains and lush landscaping.
Special touches, handmade by local artisans : The master bedroom can be enclosed with handmade arched doors. The queen sized sleeper sofa is located at the opposite end of the rental, to ensure privacy. The dining room features a banquet table, for comfortable entertaining and intimate dinners during your stay.
This is an extremely rare and wonderful property with the best location in Santa Fe! We look forward to your stay!

We found this rental to be warm, welcoming, beautiful. The pictures can't do it justice. It feels like you are immersed in Santa Fe: art on the walls, history, beauty. It was very clean with a well-stocked kitchen. Shower is great, bed is so comfortable. It's in the most historic area of Santa Fe and walkable to restaurants and galleries. I would highly recommend it!!
This was our second year to stay above the gallery. The location is as good as you could find in all of Santa Fe. Everyone made us feel like we were coming home...including our dogs!
We love being across the street from Geronimo's restaurant...
being surrounded by great art and having a terrific outdoor space.
We had to leave unexpectedly and Tonya was kind enough to send all of our laundry which was left behind. We really can't imagine staying anywhere else in Santa Fe...hope we will be welcomed back!
We were thrilled with our stay in this vacation rental! The beautiful Mexican tile, the old beams, the incredible spaciousness,
the open floor plan (yet doors that closed off the bedroom for privacy if wanted). The aesthetic sense of the owners was present everywhere from the artwork hanging in the walls to the great long table and chairs in the dining area, to the tilework in the kitchen and bathroom. The whole time we were there we kept discovering new aspects to appreciate. It was very well stocked, we had no need of anything that was not there, and it was impeccable. The giant bed in the bedroom was a special treat - and the lights in the tiled alcoves on both sides, we felt like royalty.
We also felt our car was very safe tucked away as it was in the back, away from traffic on Canyon Road, and private.
I would absolutely recommend this to others, without reservation.
We will come back again whenever possible.
Thank you for a purely delightful stay!
For those into Art, in all its forms, this location is perfect, because 100 art galleries surround you. Rental is spacious, very clean, and comes with a private terrace. Original art adorns each room in this 130 year old Adobe. Kiva in living room; hand made tiles in the bath and kitchen; comfortable bed; WiFi; and it's a great area for walking
My husband and I frequently visit Santa Fe and are always looking for new places to stay. This one is a keeper. It is a perfect location to explore Canyon Rd yet still in walking distance to the Plaza. The cozy rooms are filled with artwork and the bed it terrific.
Our second stay in the last 24 months in this wonderful pied-à-terre in Santa Fe. This unit is as advertised; clean, comfortable and charming in every way. The crew in the gallery are most helpful if needed.
Despite the centrality of the location in the middle of the Canyon Road gallery and restaurant district we have both noted the quiet late evenings and the ability to forget about big city distractions and simply enjoy the sublime elegance that is a cool Fall day in the high mountain climate of Santa Fe.

We do not offer refunds for cancellation, though you can rebook the property with our approval. This rental has been the most beloved in Santa Fe since it began in 1998. Almost 100% of our guests return every year, thinking of this lovely rental as their "home" in Santa Fe. The rental is licensed by the City of Santa Fe as a legally operated short term rental, of which there are very few licenses issued due to protective covenants in historic Santa Fe neighborhoods, so tax is required.
