Welcome to beautiful North Coast Village ocean front resort complex on the sand...No streets to cross to get to one of the nicest beaches in San Diego North County. Located next to quaint Oceanside Harbor, with unique shops and fine dining, our condos are within a one hour drive of Sea World, Disneyland, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park and the Mexican border. Legoland, Carlsbad Flower Fields and Carlsbad Factory Outlet Stores are 10 minutes away. Our complex features two pools, two Jacuzzis, ping pong, billiards, Foosball, fitness center, sauna and putting green, all located on lush tropical grounds with koi ponds and waterfalls. Many nearby golf courses.

Our remodeled condo features granite counter tops and granite showers, and comes fully furnished with full kitchen, linens, towels, cable TV/DVD in the living room and bedrooms, fireplace, stereo/CD player, hi-speed wireless internet access & outdoor deck and BBQ. Our beds are all top-of-the-line Sealy Posturepedic mattresses. Our condo has a reserved secured parking space.

Enjoy beautiful harbor and white water ocean views from our two bedroom, two bathroom corner cottage condo. The kitchen and baths feature granite counter tops and showers, new sinks, toilets, & brushed nickel faucets and fixtures. The traditional entryway wall has been removed, so there is lots of room to work and move around in the kitchen. Recent upgrades include new crown molding throughout the condo, new kitchen and bath cabinetry, new kitchen island, recessed lighting throughout the condo, and new matching living and dining room fans.

The master suite has a new top-of-the-line Sealy Posturepedic Cal King bed, whitewater ocean views, new contemporary furnishings, and a 39 inch flat screen cable TV. The second bedroom has lovely garden views and two new Serta high quality beds: One queen and one twin. This bedroom features custom built-in cabinetry and a 32 inch flat screen cable TV. The living room has a gas fireplace, large flat screen cable TV, stereo/CD player, DVD player, full harbor and ocean views, queen sofa sleeper, plus HI-SPEED wireless internet access.

Enjoy spectacular sunsets as you BBQ and dine on the large, private outdoor deck, overlooking the harbor, lagoon, and ocean. Fully functional kitchen, linens, towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, cooler and umbrella are provided for your use. This is a great ground level corner cottage, with a large lawn area next to the condo, ideal for couples and families with children of all ages. On-site community laundry facilities are located within a one minute walk of our front door.

This is a great condo for couples, as well as for families with children of all ages. Our condo is non-smoking. Sorry, no pets.

Thank you so much for our wonderful accommodations at G-23 and G-25 in NCV! Everything was even better than we expected. The condos were a good size, very accommodating in every way, and charming. The grounds are spectacular. And we loved the beach of course, and having restaurants close by. Our family reunion and celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary was extremely meaningful. And it was a real vacation to be in southern California. We combined the comfort of NCVillage with the accessibility to San Diego tourist locations.

We had another great week at NCV. We have been staying @ Brian and Nile's unit's the last few times we have come down. The unit was perfect. Very clean, and a great view of the harbor. Thanks for a great stay.

Happy home away from home

G25 was a comfortable and convenient spot for our month in California. It was clean and well kept. The fireplace was welcome on chilly evenings. Easy access to all SoCal has to offer, most importantly for us, Camp Pendleton was an easy walk across the harbor. The harbor has several options for food and drink without having to grab your car.

Our favorites in Oceanside are LTH (casual and very popular restaurant), Thursday night Market which gives options for every member in your party to have a different kind of food (the Thai Burger is FAB) and then take it to the secluded Stone Brewery Tasting garden, with its awesome chairs crafted from old barrels. We enjoyed spending time with friends taking them to Carlsbad, Coronado Island, and Old Town (the train is so convenient)

The facilities at NCV are very nice. The garden like atmosphere is lovely. We enjoyed the hot tub several times. Our 15-month old grandson visited often to feed the Koi, too.

North Coast Village is located on Oceanside Beach, which is one of the nicest beaches in San Diego North County. Swim, boogie board, surf, and sunbathe right outside the condo complex. When you're ready to come up from the beach, enjoy the one of two beautiful swimming pools and Jacuzzis, surrounded by lush tropical grounds, Koi ponds and waterfalls. Later in the evening, take a stroll to Oceanside Harbor for dinner, with several great restaurants to choose from.

For the more adventurous vacationers, whale watching, deep sea fishing, kayak rentals, jet ski rentals, and surfing lessons are available locally. Since North Coast Village is located in between downtown San Diego and Los Angeles, most major theme parks and attractions are within a one hour drive of the complex: World Famous San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Disneyland and California Great Adventure, Seaworld, Tijuana, Scripps Aquarium, Knotts Berry Farm, a variety of championship golf courses, and Temecula Wine Country.
