This room comfortably sleeps two in the queen size bed and has its own TV with access to multiple cable channels. The second bedroom features a king size bed and private bath with full size tub and shower.
You will never feel crowded in the large and open living space that includes a full size couch, two comfortable sitting chairs, oversized lounge chair and cozy rocking chair. The living room also has a large TV, fireplace and access to the screened-in porch. Included in the open floor plan is the dining area that easily seats four, with overhead chandelier lighting and immediate access to the kitchen. The kitchen boasts plenty of workspace including an expansive island with cooktop and additional bar seating for two. A convenient powder room connects the kitchen and living areas providing additional bathroom space.
The Dawn Haus has central heat and air, high speed WiFi Internet, Spectrum Cable TV, and a private drive with additional parking on a cul-de-sac. Access to laundry room with washer and dryer is available to long term guests upon request.
