Great stay - checked the list!
Great apartment... clean, well furnished and walkable to campus.
We had a wonderful stay this last weekend. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you and we'll hopefully have the opportunity to use this property again in the future.
Best place in Pullman
Immaculate and well appointed 3 bedroom. Great location. We will be reserving again. Frank M
Great place for our football weekend!
This is a great apartment with everything needed to feel comfortable & at home for your stay in Pullman! We were there for a football game weekend & it’s located right on the game day bus route which made it easy to get to & from the stadium. We did walk to campus one day, which is about a mile & a half away, so it is doable. The apartment is clean & fully stocked & we had plenty of room for 6 of us. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
It’s new so there are some glitches that need to be worked out
It’s a very nice inexpensively staged apartment. It’s newer so there are definitely some glitches. The bedroom with twin beds door could not close due to the bed being in the way, the master fan/ light didn’t work nor stove fan light. The bedroom door was the most awkward glitch for the parents staying in there.
It is walkable to campus in decent weather. There is a bus stop stairs away from the unit, but we did have a car. The owner or manager provided coffee which was a nice touch. There was soap In showers and plenty of cooking utensils and paper towels, bathroom paper and all that. The bedding is kind of aweful polyester and I know for the price I shouldn’t complain but by day 3 it was almost unbearable. Eventually I’m sure they will upgrade. It’s definitely a good value- non event weekends but event price + fees I would rather stay at a hotel. Good luck to the owners it’s a nice property for sure. Renters just remember to add fees into the price. List price 500.00 a night x3 nights = 1977.00. Cleaning, insurance and tax. I honesty don’t think it’s an owner thing more of a VRBO thing. So adding all that into the price not really worth it for an event weekend - we were not there enough.
Thank you for the useful feedback! I have expanded our guest handbook to include instructions on the kitchen hood/light operations as well as the light/fan in the bedrooms. This unit is ADA compliant and had additional low light switches for wheelchair accessibility. Those lower light switches over ride the traditional height light switch. We do apologize for any inconvenience this caused.
We have also rearranged the bedroom with the twin beds so the door will close. You were absolutely correct in saying this is a new VRBO unit, so any suggestions made by our guests are definitely welcomed!
clean with lots of room
worked out great for a football game. Just wish they had bars of soap for the showers.
Thank you for the suggestion. We will stock soap in the showers from now on.
