Parking is beach side! No lugging groceries and luggage from Accross street parking!

We had the time of our life staying at this condo. The location is the best. We could walk to several restaurants and shopping-not to mention the exercise walking the beach every day that we absolutely loved. The county pier is right next to the condo, so we loved walking out there and talking to the fishermen. The condo was so comfortable with laundry facilities and the sunny side balcony. We sat out there for hours watching the ocean and beach combers. The owner was very accommodating and friendly, which help make for an enjoyable stay. Everything we needed was provided in the condo, so we were very comfortable. We enjoyed it so much that we booked again for next year. We also love Panama City Beach. Such a fun town-lots of hiking trails, parks, entertainment, restaurants and fun shops. Can't wait to go back.

The property was in a nice location, but the condo could use some updating. There was no pantry or cabinet space for food which created an eye sore. There were only 2 elevators at the condo and 1 quit working so we either had to wait 15+ minutes on the elevator or walk 12 flights of stairs. The elevator was down off and on throughout the week. The parking spaces were so small and packed in between 2 solid concrete walls we could barely get out of our vehicle, and on a couple occasions there were no parking places whatsoever. When I addressed the night guard about no parking he simply replied that he was sorry. Of course I didn't leave it at that because I had 11 flights of stairs to climb & $300 worth of groceries in the car. He eventually said we could park in temporary parking for the night. So while the location was nice, we will not be back to stay at this resort.
Exactly as expected. Beautiful view, comfortable beds. Convenient to everything. Very nice and roomy. Had everything we needed for the week. Front desk was helpful and very courteous. Check in/out was easy. Elevators out of order a lot, but fixed quickly. Would stay again!
