The house is fully equipped. First floor master bedroom, sunny kitchen with dining area, family room with entertainment center. Spiral staircase to the upstairs loft and adjacent bedroom. Amenities include washer/dryer, gas grill.
We are local residents and have been renting this property to vacationers and winter rentals for about 10 years. Many guests return year after year. We have traveled extensively and provide an experience we would want for ourselves.

This little cottage is terrific. It is clean, well-maintained and the location is perfect. The loft area is great for older kids! My teenager loved it. It was private for her and for me as I was downstairs in an extension of the original cottage. The neighbors were also hospitable. We go to PI every year and rent a different house. This could quite possibly be the first one to which we return for a second stay.
