Our Villa Eden Son Manyo is located on a quiet piece of land, divided into 4 different properties. Every property on the complex "Son Manyo" is very spacious and offers a lot of privacy by a wonderful solitude. Already the driveway of the 15,000 m² large plot lets you imagine that this is a very modern and comfortable property. The large, well maintained garden is laid out with lawns, typical Mallorcan plants, shrubs and palm trees. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside and the Tramuntana Mountains. The large round, Roman-style swimming pool (11m diameter) offers plenty of space for swimming and refreshing. The pool area is equipped with very comfortable sun loungers, parasols and umbrellas. The beautiful barbecue area is equipped with a reed roof and thus also provides shade and protection during the meal. Space and comfort are also available here. Here, especially good fresh food can be prepared, which was previously obtained at the weekly market or the Butcher in Sa Pobla.

The ultra-modern interior has a proud size of 239sqm and is divided on 2 levels. On the ground floor is the large living room with an absolutely comfortable sofa set, ergonomic chairs and satellite TV. Immediately afterwards there is an open dining area and a fully equipped designer kitchen, which is integrated in the open style. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Of the 4 double bedrooms, 3 are in the lower living area (1 of them with double bed, 2 with 2 single beds each). All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and are very tastefully decorated. One of the 2 bathrooms in the ground floor even has a corner tub with whirlpool. The upper sleeping area can be reached via a staircase secured by railings. There is the 4th double bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite. Also here is an air conditioning installed. Baby cots are available on request, as well as high chairs. Wifi internet can be used throughout the house. All in all, a wonderful holiday home which really offers everything you would want in a relaxed holiday.

Villa conforme au photo,bien entretenue

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille 6adultes 3enfants chacun a trouvé sa place,bel espace idéal pour un séjour en famille .tres calme au beau milieu des champs .

L agence a répondu rapidement à chaque question

Attention fin octobre la piscine n est pas chauffée.Manque de petite chose, pas d aspirateur,ni torchon .juste un peut excentré .

Je recommande tout de même cette villa .

Schöne Anwesend in Mitten der Landwirtschaft

Wie korrekt waren die Angaben im Online-Inserat bezüglich Lage, Ausstattung etc.?

Die Angaben zu Lage und Ausstattung waren absolut korrekt. Wir haben das Haus ohne Schwierigkeiten gefunden.

Wie war der allgemeine Zustand des Feriendomizils (war es sauber, gepflegt etc.?)

Das Haus war sauber und ist traumhaft, allerdings müssen jetzt schon die ersten kleineren Reparaturen beginnen. Im Pool waren einige der kleinen Fliesen ab, das Volleyballfeld/Spielplatz muss unbedingt mal durchgesiebt werden (hier würde es sogar reichen, wenn man dem Urlauber einen Rechen hinstellt). Ein wichtiger Hinweis: Man ist wirklich mitten im Ackergebiet, wir hatten etwas Pech und der Bauer hat genau während unserem Aufenthalt gedüngt, was natürlich 2 Tage entsprechend für ländliche Luft gesorgt hat.

In der angelegten Straße gibt es insgesamt 4 Häuser des selben Vermieters, alle aber in großzügigem Abstand voneinander. Die Anwesen sind alle toll, ich hoffe, dass sie in den nächsten Jahren diesen hohen Stand halten können. Im ersten Haus wohnen die zuständigen Angestellten, die sich um einige Häuder kümmern. Das haben wir jedoch erst ziemlich am Schluß rausgefunden.

Fühlten Sie sich durch den Vermieter gut vorbereitet bzw. betreut?

Die Vorbereitung war super, wir haben genau gesagt bekommen, wie wir reinkommen, was wir mitbringen müssen usw. Auch bei Ankunft war ein Obstkorb und ein paar Getränke bereit, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Allerdings haben wir dann in den kommenden 7 Tagen nichts von einem Vermieter vor Ort gesehen oder gehört, auch ein vorbereiteter Zettel, den man extra dafür ausfüllen sollte, wurde nicht abgeholt. Nur ein Foto vom Personalausweis wurde gegen Ende des Aufenthaltes gemacht. Vor Ort wird auch nur Spanisch gesprochen, was ich grundsätzlich nicht schlimm finde, schließlich sind wir in Spanien. Ein paar Brocken Englisch wären jedoch hilfreich gewesen :-)

MUY BUENA ESTANCIA

LA CASA ESTÁ MUY BIEN, TIENE TODAS LAS COMODIDADES Y CALEFACCION Y AGUA CALIENTE FUNCIONAN A LA PERFECCION. NO HUBO PROBLEMAS CON LA LLEGADA NI CON LA SALIDA.

LO ÚNICO, ALGUNAS CARENCIAS EN EQUIPAMIENTO, QUE PESE A SER MÍNIMAS, SÍ QUE HACEN LA ESTANCIA MAS COMODA. ES MUY ÚTIL CUANDO VAS DE VACACIONES A UNA CASA DISPONER DE UN ESTROPAJO, UNOS TRAPOS, UN ESCURRIDOR, UNAS BOLSAS DE BASURA, UN CUBO DE BASURA TAMAÑO COCINA, UNA BAYETA.
