3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Two story, backs up to TCU Football stadium parking lot
This is our second VRBO house and we have enjoyed meeting wonderful people who have rented from us as well as hosting and sharing our home. We love Fort Worth and the TCU campus and hope you will too!

Why Christan chose Fort Worth
This unique home is adjacent to the TCU Football stadium parking lot. The walk gate through the fence is so convenient, you'll wonder why you ever messed with parking and sitting in traffic.

Perfect house for anything Fort Worth, but especially TCU. We had a wonderful weekend celebrating our son’s graduation.
House is beautifully decorated and well appointed.
Lovely Home and Neighborhood
We have stayed at a number of VRBO properties over the years and sometimes the online pictures aren't as accurate as one would hope. However, this property truly lives up to the photos. The kitchen was fabulous and surprisingly very well-appointed. The master bed was quite comfortable and the many towels almost brand new and fluffy. Lots of living space both upstairs and down, and the TV had Direct TV, which was great. We were a half-block from the TCU campus, but since it was Thanksgiving break, there wasn't much activity except for the Friday afternoon football game which was fun to hear as the game was being played. Downsides--there didn't seem to be enough hot water, especially when washing dishes on Thanksgiving Day, and the water heater was behind a locked door; the thermostat was set on a motion detector and would default to 69 degrees when no one walked past after a certain amount of time. Sixty-nine degrees was not quite warm enough during the day and too warm during the night so that we were adjusting the temp more than we should have had to do; the washer/dryer are in the garage, and the garage was quite dirty (which I have already mentioned to the property manager). Also, you could not park your car in the garage, which I feel is a must for a rental property to safeguard your vehicle. All in all though, with a few adjustments, we would love to stay here again. Oh, and be mindful of the salamanders. We kept the front door open while we were unloading our car and one wandered into the house. Fortunately, my husband spotted him, and with the aid of a broom we coaxed him back outside. He was a little sluggish as it was chilly the day we checked in, so he didn't take off in the opposite direction and head under furniture. :-o
