4-bedroom house (5-8 p), 2 bathrooms, 1 lounge, 450m2 garden, view of the Rance

The fisherman’s cottage is located in a classified hamlet (Cale de la Landriais). It was completely renovated and refurbished in 2010 and it has a large garden of 450m2 that is elevated from the street and has views of the Rance River.

The house has all the comforts you need to spend sunny days and any other day: fireplace, central heating, internet, WiFi, TV, DVD, board games, bath and 2 showers, deckchairs, barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped as well (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and Nespresso, and all other appliances).

The house is organized on three levels (for 5-8 people):

-On the street level: double bedroom and laundry room (the parent’s floor)

-On the ground floor (main level of access by the stairs from the street and from the garden): lounge and kitchen and the dining room

-A floor with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom (“for children”)

The bedrooms are equipped as follows:

- Bedroom 1: 90x190 bed with a trundle + an identical trundle bed (cover)

- Bedroom 2: 90x190 bed with a duvet placed on a 130x190 sofa bed (with a duvet) + 1 screen with integrated DVD player (50 titles available)

- Bedroom 3: 90x190 bed with duvet + an identical trundle bed (cover)

All rooms are equipped with a large 3-drawer chest.

On the Rance, Cale de la Landriais is at less than 100m and 300m from the beach of Garel. Both are easily accessible and you can go with your children (The Rance is a coastal river with salt water just like the sea, tidal and with the staggered hours of the Manche).

The beaches of Saint Malo are also accessible by car; they are at 15-20 minutes away, as well as Dinard, Lunaire, Saint Briac, and Lancieux.

Possible boat trips from St Malo to Chausey, Jersey and Guernsey (Channel Islands).

Groceries-Bakery-Hairdresser-Bars-Tobacco Shops-in the city at 1500m. Markets and supermarkets at 5km in Dinard, Pleurtuit, and Richardais at 10-15 minutes.

Très belle maison, authentiquement bretonne!

Cette maison est très agréable à vivre et parfaitement aménagée pour une famille de 5 personnes. A 2 pas de la cale; superbe lumière sur la Rance.

Idéal pour un séjour typiquement breton. Merci aux propriétaires (très sympas), on reviendra!
