Waterfront, impeccably decorated, totally renovated, spacious three story, three bedroom/bath, 2400 square foot unit with incredible views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the quiet waters of Little Sabine Bay. The unit is equipped with every convenience that gives the feeling of home. The décor makes one feel they have just stepped in the newest Hemingway hideaway to relax and regain the peace lost in our daily lives. The furniture invites you to sink in and put your feet up.

The waterfront unit is directly on Little Sabine Bay and within steps to an undeveloped sugar white beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The unit includes an oversized great room with a twenty-foot wall of glass overlooking Little Sabine Bay. The kitchen has another sitting area, granite countertops, stainless appliances, custom cabinets, and most importantly overlooks both the Gulf of Mexico and the Little Sabine Bay.

The first floor sunroom has another twenty-foot wall of glass with unobstructed views of the water and opens directly to the shore of Little Sabine Bay. This is a safe place for everyone to swim.

The spacious master suite on the thrid floor overlooks the Gulf of Mexico - a great place to watch the sunrise from your bed. The master bath has a fully tiled dual head shower, granite countertops, and slate floors. The other two bedrooms overlook Little Sabine Bay. The bedrooms are decorated in the Caribbean colors.

You can not pick a better spot on Pensacola Beach. Dont worry about packing up the family, coolers, sand toys and going up and down the elevator to to go to the beach because the unit is directly on the water. The trolley line runs right outside your door when in season to take you and your family to restaurants, activities, and entertainment. The Navy's Blue Angel Show files right overhead during specific weekends throughout the year. The jogging/bike path that runs accross the island is within steps from the unit. This is a vacation home you will not forget and will want to return year after year.

About Katrina Mougey

We purchased this home after hurricane Ivan hit so we could remodel and have a larger place at the beach to entertain family and friends. Peter is a Pensacola native who attended St. Paul Catholic School then graduated from Pensacola Catholic High and went on to attend Creighton University for undergrad, University of Portland for MBA, and Cumberland Law School for Peter is a partner with Levin Papintonio law firm.

I, Katrina Mougey, born in Panma City Florida, graduated from FSU in 1993. Then I moved to Pensacola to attend graduate school at UWF. We have two daughters, and one son whom we raised at Treehouse Townhouses in their formative years. After living and traveling extensively in the US we both knew Pensacola would be our permanent home.

Pensacola's beautiful beaches, the French influenced downtown, historical and liberal arts year around festivities, the presence of the University of West Florida, and Cincinnati Reds AA affiliate the Blue Wahoo's offers visitors and residents the best of both worlds. Pensacola is not only a small southern community with the most beautiful beaches in the world it also has all the amenities of a big city.

Our home is your perfect vacation spot for many reasons. First the location on Ft. Pickens Road is one of the most sought out spots on the Gulf Coast. Located on the west side of the island the narrow lot insures water views from anywhere in the home.

The Gulf is across the street with a public walkway they provides an unobstructed gulf view form the kitchen, dinning, living, and master bedroom areas. All other rooms face Little Sabine Bay with floor to ceiling glass overlooking the waters. You are close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping but far enough to not be bothered by any late night nightlife.

Summer 2016

My family of 6 (adults) stayed at this property for 7 nights in June 2016. We had 5 (4 adults 1 child) staying at another property but we spent most of the evenings at our property since it was able to accommodate us all nicely. The layout of this property is great. The view is wonderful, beautiful sunrise if your in the master room every morning but can enjoy the spectacular sunset from any room.

The location of this property is great. You are close to shopping during the day, can walk to the beach but close enough to bring the little ones back for a nap if needed during the days and on Tuesday night you can walk down to the grand stand and listen to the music / band. On the back side it where beginners can do the paddle boat and just lay on the floats. The property is right on the strip but you don't hear any noise from the street or neighbors.

The owner emailed us the instructions to get in about a week prior to our arrival and we had no problem with getting in as the other family was delayed for several hours for some reason. I would recommend this property to anyone with a larger family.

What a great place,wish it was mine.

It was a great stay again,we've been there 3 times now and will be back again and again.

It is a very convenient location,walking distance to center of town and just 1/2 mile to Peg Legs. Really enjoy the fishing from the dock,caught 3 flounder and saw dolphin chasing mullet right from the living room bay window. The owner is great to work with,making us feel welcome and wanting us to have a great time. Treat yourself and rent this place now.

Great house, perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect for our group of friends as it is right across the road from a quiet stretch of beach and also directly on the Sound so we could take our kayaks out. The place itself is well maintained and a great size for our 6 people with a large living space and an additional dining space.

Great property with views of the bay.

We had a great stay at this property. My daughter is a vet student so it was the perfect place for her to bring her small dogs and relax! We enjoyed the view of the bay and also being a short walk away from the gulf. The townhouse is very spacious and a great space for a large family. We found it to be very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely look into renting here again!

Unprofessional

Myself, my husband, and two other couples stayed in this town home for one week. The home is very outdated and stays hot because there are no window treatments. The master bedroom was freezing, but the rest of the house couldn't keep up. The master bed also has a horrible dip in the center, so if you plan sleeping in there, make sure you do so by yourself. Our stay was okay. Just that, okay.

However, after leaving we received a very unprofessional email from the owner stating we damaged things and left the property in a "horrific" state and demanded we pay her an extra $150. We requested to see photos of this because it was simply not the case. The owner was quick to say that the cleaning company had to empty ONE trash can and mop the floors so she wanted us to pay an extra $60 instead. Funny how the story changed. Needless to stay, my friends and I will NOT be returning and recommend no one else to either.

Owner's Response: I am truly sorry the renter feels this way, unfortunately there were some issues with the way the renter left the condo. We will not be renting to them again. However, I have rented our beach home since 2003 and have a wonderful experience with renters as you can see with majority of my reviews. We have a traditional style home with many furnishings that were purchased last year. I will definitely replace any items that are faulty asap. I am a local and respond very quickly to renter's needs. I would have done the same if I knew there were issues these renters experienced while they were there. Unfortunately, I did not hear about these issues until we had to contact them about the shape of the condo. Feel free to email me any questions or concerns. Amazing Views!!

Does not matter what window you choose, the views of the bay and gulf are amazing. Floor to ceiling windows on both sides of the main living floor provide awesome views from morning to evening!! Master bedroom has large windows looking on the gulf and two additional bedrooms have views of the bay. I found the townhouse to be really clean (and I am very picky!) Did not need to clean the refrigerator before using it. I was especially happy to be able to bring my two older dogs with me. Lawn in front of the bay was perfect for morning walks and there is a small dog park on the beach where we walked the dogs. The walking/bike path that runs in front of the house is terrific. We stayed the month of January and most of February so the trolley was not in service, but we found it to be an easy walk to the small convenience store and Peg Leg Pete's. Peg Leg Pete's is a must - the most delicious food ever!! Also the gulf is just across the street so beach walking was an almost daily experience - such beautiful shells on the beach!

Only negative for me was all of the steps were not good for my older dogs, but steps are part of a townhouse! Also I did not anticipate all of the wind. I think in the summer, the wind would be a great thing, but I found January and February to be a bit on the cold side because of the constant breeze. Overall, a very good experience.
