Great place to vacation.
About Toni Johnson
We used to live in this home and loved the great location and cozy yard. We were close to the freeway and restaurants, but far enough away to feel like we were in a quiet neighborhood.
Toni Johnson purchased this House in 1997

Affordable and Nice
We needed a little weekend getaway and this house was perfect! Plenty of room for a family of five. Backyard was beautiful, house was clean and cozy. Close to shopping and activities for the family. Exactly as advertised. We loved it!
Great home and location!
We traveled from CA to visit family in Ut. This home was a great central location to get to where we wanted to go. Nice clean home - has everything we needed to be comfortable! Gorgeous back yard. We would definitely stay again!
Nice house, nice neighborhood
This is our second time staying in this home in Lehi. We always have a wonderful experience. Toni is quick to respond and the house is well stocked. There is even paper plates, cups, coffee and basic cooking supplies. The yard is immaculate and beautifully landscaped. The house is comfortable and spacious.
Really met our needs for a girls trip.
Comfortable, Clean and Quiet
Property met our needs for a long weekend visit to Lehi with all 4 of our children. The house was very clean, beds were all comfy, kitchen was more than adequate, and there was plenty of hot water. Only one note: the house is built on 4 levels (it’s sort of a split-split-split level) so if anyone in your party has trouble negotiating stairs this place might not be the best choice. Backyard, lawn and landscaping are impressive! Highly recommended, would stay there again.
Good house, difficult communication
The house itself was good, and as advertised. It was spacious and we appreciated the garage and yard. If new/smart appliances are important to you, this house does not have them (the appliances work fine, just look older). The bedrooms have windows that extend up above the blinds - for us, this was hard because we really like to darken the room to be able to sleep longer in the morning. In the summer, there was sun streaming through the top part of the window as we tried to put the kids to bed, and then it got very bright in the morning before we wanted to wake up as well. The main concern I had was communication with the owner. When we arrived, the code did not work, because we had been provided outdated check-in information. I tried calling, texting, and messaging on the website but with no answer after 40 minutes and two overtired kids, we had to go get a hotel. The owner did then respond after an hour, which I realize is not a long delay, just too long for us when we were sitting out on the porch unable to enter. Even after that, communication was sporadic between a landline and one cell line that was not really responsive to texts. The owner did of their own initiative refund us the night we were unable to enter, so they made it right. They also went above and beyond when I messaged before the stay asking if they had a certain item in the home, they responded that it wasn't normally there but they could bring some, and had it waiting for us when we arrived, which was definitely the extra mile. So, it's a good house and our stay ended up being fine; if quick-response communication with the owner is important to you, though, this would not be one for you.
The house is located near the freeway for easy access to businesses, ski resorts, and shopping centers. There are many fun things to do just 20 minutes away up American Fork canyon. Biking trails weave all through Lehi and it's fun to follow the Jordan river, where you can see lots of wildlife.
