A beautiful bright apartment that has been recently restored, in the area of Campo San Maurizio 10 minutes walking distance from San Mark's Square

The apartment is on the 3° floor..(NO LIFT ). The primary floor consists of a master bedroom with private bath, a living room, live-in kitchen that opens onto a large terrace, single bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Upstairs there is an open loft-like space directly under the roof with a doublebed , and a single one, bathroom with bathtub and an altana (a venetian terrace) with spectacular 360° view..

There is air conditioning and all modern appliances. Cleaning before arriving and at departure is included in the price. For an extra cost, to be determined with owner, it is possible to have someone who will clean on a regular basis, help carry luggage, and/or prepare meals.

Perfect for our needs

The apartment is in a convenient location to the main tourist sights, but on a small quiet canal. While the facilities are a bit minimal, it had everything we needed and was clean. The only "head's up" this is on the top floor with no elevator. Having said that, we would stay here again. Excellent value.

Very noce and ample apartment

My wife and my 21 yrs old son spent some days (12/23 to 12/26) at Andrea's apartment. We were very pleased with the place, extremely clean, very well decorated and ample. It had all what you need for your stay. The apartment is better than how it looks in the photos. The only detail I will mention is the fact that it is located in a 4th storie of a building without ab elevator, something to consider for people who may have problems having to take the almost 60 steps to get back home. In general, great location and 100% recommendable. Thanks so much!

Modern spacious well-located unit

The house was well located near Piazza San Marco, precisely what we were looking for. Lots of room and well furnished. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen equipped with all the necessities except for toaster. Loft had a beautiful view from the balcony. Bathrooms were excellent with adequate supplies provided. Cupboard had all necessary supplies. We arrived to a very clean apartment. Be aware that the unit is on the third floors and no elevator so carrying luggage can be a challenge. Unit manager met us at the water bus stop and was very helpful with answering questions and local advice. Only significant drawback was a mosquito problem in the loft which the manager attempted to deal with promptly by bringing us bug spray. The sofas were very comfortable but in need of upholstery cleaning. Overall the apartment met our expectations and was very good value.

Great apartment with terraces

Large spacious apartment on two levels. The multiple terraces were wonderful for breakfast and coffee. The smokers in the group appreciated the outdoor space. Very comfortable place to visit Venice.

Great location and really nice outside space!

We were a party of two couples that stayed for four nights. The home is really close to many popular spots to visit. The outdoor spaces are great - some wonderful views. The owner has a very comprehensive book about the house and the area that was certainly appreciated. We would stay there again!

Stay tax $3.69 per night, per person. This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival. Does not apply to children under 10 years.

To be paied cash on spot:
Extra for late incoming ( from 8pm to 11 pm) or multiple incoming: Euro 35,00
Extra for mid-week cleaning and change (on demand): Euro 40,00

City Tax- tax for the city of Venice
Starting August 24, 2011 and subsequent amendment October 1, 2012 tourists staying in the territory of the Municipality of Venice are required to pay a tax for the city. It is to be paid directly to the person in charge at the check-in and it is not included in the rate of the apartment. The tax will then be paid in full to the City of Venice. The amount is € 1.50 per person per night for a maximum of 5 nights. For children up to 10 years old is free of charge, and between 10 and 16 years old is at 50%.

The keys will be delivered by the check-in attendant, he will show you to the apartment and ask your id/passports for registration as required by the Italian law; will also ask you the tax for the city of Venice (only cash).

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
