(receptive structure). Le Antiche Pietre is a very nice property which has been recently restored, this property is situated on the beautiful hillside of Tuoro which overlooks the lake of Trasimeno. The restoration has been carefully carried out to the minimum detail to ensure the total comfort of its guests. The property is characterised by its breathtaking views and the dry stone walls that surrounds the garden. Its strategic border position, between Umbira and Tuscany, ensures that nowhere is too far, enabling day trips to historical cities such as Cortona, Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza, Perugia and Todi. For those that can’t resist relaxing nature walks, one can make the most of the surrounding countryside.

This property is divided onto two floors and is furnished in a very functional manner. From the main entrance one leads into the large spacious living room, equipped with sofa’s and a large wooden table. From the living room one leads into the fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom next to which there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The first floor is only accessible via an external stone staircase or two comfortable ramps which lead from the garden. From the veranda one can enter directly into the living room which is equipped with fireplace and the kitchen/dining room. From the living room, via two corridors one leads into the night zone. From the right hand corridor there are two double bedrooms each with internal bathroom with shower (one of the rooms is suitable also for disable people), whereas via the left hand corridor this leads to an additional double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The property extends to over 12 hectares characterised by olive groves and forests. The surrounding area is a splendid lawn with terrace which leads to the swimming pool. The garden is equipped with 2 gazebo’s with table and chairs. A spacious veranda with views over the lake of Trasimeno, ideal for an “al fresco” dinners is located on the first floor.
The pool distances about 20 meters from the property, accessible via a staircase or a ramp. The pool measures 5 x 13 m with a constant depth of 1,40 m and is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. The pool area is fenced and equipped with sun loungers, pool chairs and umbrellas. Also at guests disposal is an external shower and changing room.
