<p>This is a simple house with the essence Mediterranean coastal home Majorca for 6 and pool in front. The interior of the house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The exteriors are defined with terraces, spacious garden and pool with spectacular sea and cliff. Cala Pi is a protected resort on the south coast of Mallorca. Situated in a picturesque cove out in the region of Llucmajor, Cala Pi is an excellent destination if you're looking to enjoy a relaxing family vacation or a romantic getaway on the island of Mallorca. With unspoiled nature and surrounded by a rugged coastal landscape.  </p><p>Air Conditioning from 2018.


</p><p>Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  </p><p>€ 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   </p><p>€ 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.</p><p>A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.</p><p>The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  </p><p>Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 15 € /night.   </p><p>'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'.   </p><p>The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old.  </p><p>In case you have a HOTMAIL account and after 12 hours you do not have received any answer, please check your SPAM-file.   </p><p>Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.   </p><p>The “ECOTASA” (tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day. Nice house, great view!

We spent a great time in the house and enjoyed each day the marvellous view over the coast. Everything was fine in the house and we were delighted how perfect the house was equipped.

Das Haus hat einen Traumausblick auf das Meer und die Klippen. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmässig aber vollkommen genügend. Die Lage ist sehr abseits. Wer was erleben will, sollt nicht dahin gehen. Zum Erholen sehr empfehlenswert. Es gibt nen kleinen Laden 2Km entfernt vom Haus wo man das nötigste Einkaufen kann. 19Km entfernt ist der nächst grössere Supermarkt.

Fantastiskt läge!

Huset var rymligt med all nödvändig utrustning och ok sängar. Trädgården uppfyllde alla förväntningar. Cala Pi är en liten by som saknar större mataffär, men vi handlade i Campos 20 minuter därifrån. Cala Pi har också mycket strategiskt läge med närhet till Palma och österut till de fantastiska vikarna och stränderna.

Cala Pi is an incredibly sheltered beach resort in the coast of South Majorca. Located at the head of a stunningly picturesque inlet in the Llucmajor region of the island, Cala Pi is an excellent destination for quiet family holidays or romantic breaks in Majorca. Fantastically unspoilt and surrounded by the rugged coastal scenery, Cala Pi properties are an excellent option, close to Palma and all the tourist resorts of the south coast, yet tucked away and much less expensive than some of the other resorts in the area.

The beach at Cala Pi is wonderfully picturesque and perfectly sheltered. Located at the end of a long inlet, Cala Pi beach is absolutely perfect for lazy days in the sun, as well as swimming, scuba diving and snorkelling. Large yachts cannot make it all the way sown the inlet, but small boats can be taken right into the beach. If you would like to try any water sport, the large tourist beaches of Es Trenc, Cala d’Or and Arenal are all within easy reach, providing first rate facilities for everything from scuba diving to deep sea fishing, water skiing to windsurfing.

Cala Pi properties are ideal for a relaxing break. The Festival Park retail park is a great place to do a little shopping from a villa in Cala Pi, and there is an excellent spa centre at the Spa and Golf Club, which is also home to two fantastic 18 hole golf courses, a leisure complex and an excellent restaurant. Cala Pi is home to a number of magnificent restaurants to choose from.
