The large and bright apartment situated close to the lakes in the lovely neighborhood of Elmegade and St. Hans Torv with the many cafes and interesting shops. It takes 5 min. To get to the inner city and the subway at ToRVEhallerne.
The apartment is decorated with classic design furniture and a cozy atmosphere. The apartment has 5 bedrooms, large double bed, small double bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen with direct access to large balcony.
The district's largest closed green farm is located just outside the balcony. We have playgrounds for both smaller and larger children as well as ample space for football and grow coziness.
We stayed in this lovely apartment for four nights and found it to be perfect for our vacationing family of four (parents plus two teens). The owner and her parents were very responsive and helpful in getting us settled—even to the point of finding us a place nearby to park our rental car free for the week (other side of Vagtej, 10 min walk). The apartment is just as nice as the pics indicate. The location is on the busy Norrebrogade, but it's not really noisy since that block is buses and bicycles only. The street has lots of life both day and night but the apartment feels quite secure being a level above, and has wonderful light as the pics show. The inner courtyard is a nice situation as well with families and kids hanging out. This is a place where you'll be surrounded by locals rather than tourists. Easy access to Israel Plads (about 10 min walk) and deeper into downtown CPH (about 15 min walk). We rented bikes from one of the places on the street below and parked them in the inner courtyard. Netto market right across the street was convenient for supplies, and plenty of restaurants within a 2-3 block radius. Highly recommended!
Really enjoyed staying at this apartment. Our favorite aspect was sitting out on the balcony or in the kitchen area, enjoying the huge gardens onto which the apartment faced. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was spacious, incredibly quiet - like an oasis in Copenhagen. The hustle and bustle of the street when you first arrived quickly disappeared once inside as it was so quiet. Very convenient for all of Copenhagen being walking distance to the lakes and all of the beautiful areas of the city.
