You’ll be minutes away from the unforgettable Sabino Canyon, Mount Lemmon, and Saguaro Monument East. There are numerous stores, restaurants, and tourist attractions nearby. The property manager has lived in Tucson for many years and knows a great deal about "The Old Pueblo".

It's close to Sabino Canyon whose beautiful scenery is constantly changing and always majestic.
Udall Park is just a block away and features arts/crafts room (leisure classes only), billiard tables, baseball fields, dance room, bocce courts, pickle-ball courts, handball/racquetball courts, exercise classes, indoor walking track, horseshoe pits, and lighted tennis courts. Also available is an open gym: basketball, volleyball, badminton, pickleball, Multi-use track, pottery studio (leisure classes only) off-leash dog park, weight room, playground. There are ramadas (shade) for picnicking, sand volleyball courts, soccer fields, softball fields, swimming (Apr - Nov). Sprouts Farmers Market is less than three miles away and has the greatest variety of organic produce in the area for health-conscious guests. They are open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Skiers will love Mount Lemmon during the winter months as it's just 55 miles from the condo. There are so many biking and hiking trails near the property you'll want to try them all. On average, there are 286 sunny days per year in Tucson. This gives visitors many opportunities to spend time in the sun.

Tucson is one of the oldest communities in all of North America.
