We LOVE this wonderful Cape Cod house right on the ocean! It is so comfortable for our group of 12!
This home is a blend of two houses with a small breezeway that connects them. With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms between them, as well as several living rooms and kitchens, there is always space to play cards, read, fix and serve meals, and enjoy the indoors when the outdoors is cold, rainy, and windy. We especially love the Crow's Nest, with its deck and upstairs view of the water below.the little kitchen there is perfect for morning coffee and fixing small meals and snacks. With Hurricane Jose affecting our weather this past week, we spent many hours indoors and loved every minute!
We are already counting the days until next year-- we have been vacationing on the Cape from our homes in Vermont for over 30 years, and our last many years have been right here at this beloved seashore home.
Great location, house needs some tlc
Nice sized double house right on water. 6+ bedrooms great for our large extended family. Margaret the realtor very helpful & quick to answer any questions. House can use a bunch of minor fixes/repairs, but didn't diminish our enjoyment. Well stocked kitchen. New grill great. Outdoor shower used by all. Large house bedrooms much more comfortable than 2 in smaller house 1st floor(tiny). Crows nest huge plus beautiful views. 3+ refrigerators great & needed when you have large group.. Overall, would rent again.
Extremely close and convenient.
Nice cottage. Very dated but simple, clean and nice. Back yard area is tiny and literally walk down steps to beach which is awesome. Great for a guys weekend.
House was clean with more than enough room for everyone. Spectacular location. Great place for multi-family or large family gathering. Weather was great. We actually went swimming in late September. Had a great whale watch out of Provincetown. Would rent again. Thank you Margaret for all your help and hard work.
Great layout & location
This was a perfect ocean front house for our family. The house is very spacious, clean & the layout was awesome . The view from the second floor of the Crows Nest is amazing. The only thing I would like to see changed is a little bit of updating in the Crows Nest and some work on the landscaping. Margaret is very nice and when ever you have a question she's right there to answer you. Would we ever return, absolutely!
This large beach house is located steps away from a public beach. Because of its size and unique design our three families never felt crowded. The house is dated and the curb appeal does not compare to the neighbors, but it was perfect for our three families to enjoy Cape Cod. Margaret was very responsive to any questions. I would recommend.

Rent bikes and ride along the Cape Cod Rail Trail from Dennis to Wellfleet. Race a go cart at the track at the intersection of Rte 28 and Rte 39. Burn calories on the trampolines. See how good a hitter you are at the batting cages or how good a bumper boat captain at the bumper boat flotilla. Dine at the many fine restaurants in Harwich and Chatham, or enjoy a root beer float at the local A&W. Play golf at one of the finest public courses in the US, Cranberry Valley, or play at one of the best and oldest beginner courses in the US, the Harwich Port Golf Course. Play miniature golf. Play tennis or go antiquing. Look for old books in a used bookstore or sit in the Brooks Free Library, admire the Rogers' groups, and read the New York Times. Swim at a fresh water lake (Long Pond).
