A couple of steps lead's down to a fully-equipped kitchen, conveniently equipped for a carefree stay. All the must-have appliances are provided including an electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer.

Guests can wine and dine their holiday away here, with a breath taking sea view dining room conveniently situated next to the kitchen.

The holiday apartment provides the perfect retreat for groups of 4 accommodated in two bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and pile carpet with wash basin and fitted wardrobe. Providing an ambience of restful calm, the sea views make the room ideal for enjoying a tempting lie-in during your stay.

The second bedroom offers added versatility, with a twin set of single beds overlooking the beautiful Meadfoot Beach. Balcony access can also be enjoyed from this bedroom, making it easy to take in the far reaching coastal scenery during your stay.

A contemporary fitted bathroom complete with bath tub, overhead shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC completes the internal layout of this splendid retreat.

Outside guests will find an allocated parking space to hand near the entrance to the crescent. For an additional fee, guests can also make the most of the gym, sauna, indoor spot and tennis court in the Osborne Hotel Health Club (please see the costs under the tariff tab).

The seaside setting is also ideal for reaching the wide range of outdoor pursuits and attractions on offer along the English Riviera of South Devon.

From breath-taking coastal walks, golf, cycling and water sports to sailing, diving and exploring the nearby fisherman villages and delights of Dartmoor; all this and more awaits!

photos are DECEIVING !!

Property advertised on Owners Direct Website, booked 1 wks Holiday for Oct 2015 in Nov 2014, via Owners Agent Discovery Holiday Homes.

Arrival time from 3pm, left home at 10am, but due to very heavy traffic, we didn't reach the Apartment until 4pm, confusing which key boxs was for the property as they were not labelled ! eventually this was established , hey presto retrived the key, the common areas that serves this Apartment and two others felt very gloomy and smelt musty, in need definitely of some TLC, on entering the Apartment we found that the property had not been cleaned, beds were as the previous guests had left them, dirty towels on the bathroom floor, to say we were not impressed would be an under statement ! besides not having been cleaned the interior furnishing look very tired, in our opinion desperately in need of redecorating, not at all like the Photos portrayed, or as listed.

We contacted Bubble Management & Cleaning who were not aware of our arrival, told they were very busy and could not get to us for about an hour, then it would have to be cleaned, we questioned that it would be at least after 7pm before we could get in, the person we spoke to was very rude and put the phone down on us !

Contacted Discovery Holiday Homes who suggested we go and have a meal at their expense and come back when it had been cleaned, all we wanted to do having been on the Road since 10 am was to get unpacked and relax, at this stage said if they couldn't find alternative accomodation we were going home, did try and get us a Room at the Hotel but only single rooms left plus we were self catering and had brought food with us, next offered the ground floor Apartment which had no sea view, only parked cars, again this had still to be cleaned, find it hard to believe that Accomodation isn't serviced as soon as it is vacated, now 6.30 pm we had had enough, Sue and her husband RIchard DIrectors of the Company agreed with us that Balcony Belle needed updating, said that they would be taking it off their books although we see four weeks later it is still being marketed ! eventually at 11pm !!!!! owners out, we were upgraded to the top floor Apartment, called THE LIGHTHOUSE which is stunning and a credit to its Owners,

To date 4 weeks later we have heard nothing in the way of an apology from the Owner of Balcony Belle.

Parking is very restricted next to a large Tree.

Think it's pretty obvious we would not recommend this !!!!!!

Golf ~There are several Golf Clubs in the area, the nearest one being Torquay Golf Club - Petitor Road, St Marychurch,Torquay, Devon TQ1 4QF

Torquay Golf Club is an extremely popular venue for visitors and societies alike - due to the excellent service and friendly welcome provided. It is a delightful parkland course with stunning views over Lyme Bay to the east and Dartmoor to the west.

Torquay makes a great short break for Golfers in both summer and winter. When many other courses are snowbound or unplayable the clement Torbay weather ensures that a full 18 holes can be completed!

Torquay:

Torquay is the jewel in the Torbay crown and has seen a lot of investment in recent years, with more attractions, inner harbour and slip way renovations, the introduction of Living Coasts and a plethora of great dining and harbour side cafés. The latest news indicates that the new shape of Torquay is attracting inward investment from luxury hotel chains, which can only boost its popularity further and a return year on year of the very popular wheel, seen at the London Olympics. Hesketh Crescent however is a quiet haven in the most sought after part of Torbay, yet within easy striking distance of all amenities. It has the best of all worlds!

The English Riviera - The perfect choice:

The English Riviera is a resort in the truest sense of the word, attracting visitors of all ages and interests throughout the year. Undergoing a water front regeneration and a number of new attractions in Torquay and accommodation schemes, Torquay has something for everyone and for all ages, at all times of the year!

There are 22 miles of coastline, cliffs, coves and beaches and walks to rival any in the South West of England, with a climate that belongs somewhere much further south. There are opportunities for surfing, safe swimming, diving, sailing, angling and wonderful opportunities to study the natural wildlife at your leisure
