The villa offers spacious grounds and a high level of comfort for the PERFECT FAMILY BEACH HOLIDAY.

Built on two plots of land with a mature garden, it is secluded from neighbouring villas and set on a quiet road in the best part of Binibeca with stunning views from the roof, beyond the beach, across the Mediterranean.

Three bedrooms have double beds, the fourth has twins, all are fitted with ceiling fans and mosquito nets.

Two of the three bathrooms are en-suites, one a large room attaching to the master bedroom. In addition to the kitchen, a separate kitchenette has been added to the side of the dining room.

It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach and is less than a 10 minute walk to the restaurants and 2 supermarkets.

Hi Simon,

We had a really great time and for probably the first time when we have done this kind of trip nobody was ready to leave and everybody was saying that we need to come back here.

Villa was really nice, good size with 4 good bedrooms and comfortable beds and all the facilities that we needed. We really enjoyed the location as well, with the restaurants and beach close by, but so quiet in the evenings (and dark, never seen so many stars, stunning).

Pool was excellent and was well looked after by Will, so it kept clean (we have had experiences where the pool became to dirty to use). Will and Rachel were also very responsive and attentive; Rachel even offered to take us food shopping with her as we hadn’t hired a car.

So thank you for all your help and information before the trip and follow up afterwards. We hope to return and we are even considering if Menorca could be a place for us to look at purchasing a summer home.

I will add a review to the website, as I don’t believe that many people would be disappointed in a holiday at the villa (maybe only the party animals and doubt that this is your target market).

The villa is close to the beach, various restaurants; 2 supermarkets; a dive centre and tennis courts. The swimming pool is in a private secluded setting, measuring 8m long, 4m wide, 1m at the shallow end, 2m deep, retiled in 2012 with inside lighting. It is ideal for all ages however CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED WHILST IN AND AROUND THE POOL AT ALL TIMES. The villa is furnished in traditional style with air conditioning in the living room. The TV has freeview for some English channels and DVD. For golfers there is a picturesque 18 hole golf course at Son Parc. We have 2 tennis rackets which can be made available on request for use in the local courts. Fresh linen and bathroom towels are provided each week. Additional deliveries can be arranged through our agents Mike and Jane and who live close by and are quick to offer assistance if anything is needed during your stay. Our family has enjoyed the villa and Menorcian way of life for over 40 years and we know you will love it too

Good villa, good pool and good location.

Nice villa in a good location, not overlooked and private. Restaurants, bar, shop and beach in walking distance; shortcuts do involve steps, however. Beach good for swimming and snorkelling - a bar is also here if you're up to it.

Great for a lazy break

We had a great time at this villa. It's perfect for a hot, relaxed holiday. The villa is spacious and pleasant with good facilities, satellite TV and games. The pool is excellent and was a big hit with our kids. The beach is 10 minutes walk away, sandy and safe with a bar serving good food. We didn't hire a car as we were after a laid-back holiday but we did stir ourselves to vist a fiesta in nearby San Lluis and the capital Mahon. We used a local taxi company who always turned up in 5-10 minutes and were reasonably priced. The local mini-supermarket is well stocked and there's a variety of restaurants in Binibeca.

Sunny Menorca

A beatiful, well equipped property in a secluded, quiet location.

The pool is lovely and was much appreciated by all.

Mosquitos were a bit of a problem in the evenings but this would have been reduced if we had found the well stocked anti-mosquito arsenal earlier.

Binibeca beach is very child friendly but a bit crowded by lunch time.

We had a great time and I would recommend the villa and the location.

Binibeca (Binibèquer) retains its charm, remaining unspoilt and very much unchanged since our first family holiday over 40 years ago. Views from the roof terrace are extensive, facing south down to the beach and north across green, uninhabited land. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach, a popular picturesque sandy bay with bar and kitchen offering good food and refreshment throughout the day. Many of the surrounding villas are owned by quiet and charming Menorcian families. The majority of restaurants are run by locals who provide a friendly service and a variety of styles of cuisine. You will find places serving food and drinks until midnight. If you would like to get away for an uncomplicated family beach holiday then you need look no further than Binibeca. It takes 15 minutes to drive from the airport (taxi €30) which is close to the main town of Mahón (Maó), famous for its large natural port. Mahón is a great place for shopping by day and for restaurants and bars in the evening.
